One of the highlights of my trip to Alaska - The boat was a huge catamaran that gave you no feeling like you were on a boat - completely steady and no rolling with the waves. They give you assigned seats to get your lunch but you are encouraged to move all around the ship, inside, outside, upstairs, etc. Lunch was included with the cruise and it was actually delicious and hearty. There had complimentary tea and coffee but no decaf of either which was disappointing. For lunch we had an absolutely delicious smoked salmon chowder along with yummy and fresh made coleslaw (wish the coleslaw portion had been a little bigger), cheese, a roll, fruit snacks and a peppermint patty. Later in the day they served warm chocolate chip cookies. The cruise took us past 26 amazing glaciers and we even saw an iceberg. We got up very close to "Harvard" and we saw it calve and there were huge chunks of ice floating in front of it, like in the movie "Titanic". The views of all the glaciers and scenery were spectacular. It was REALLY COLD standing outside but so worth it because it was amazing to see the sights so close. We also saw seals, sea otters and a whale spout. The captain and the Park Ranger were fantastic guides. This cruise allowed me to see exactly what I came to Alaska hoping to see. I highly recommend this cruise and cruise company. We got to visit the teeny town of Whittier while waiting for the cruise. It has a couple of super cute gift shops and eateries. Adorable tiny town.

Definitely a must, even if it’s raining!! - Absolutely an amazing tour, I was not happy that we originally got sat with other people but oh I was wrong. They made my families trip amazing…great conversation and was one for the books!! Even though the weather did not corporate..we had simply a wonderful time! The crew was outstanding especially The bartender, Dayna so personable and great with people. Then Kaylie and Maxwell were very good at handling my questions and trying to resolve a situation with exceptional people skills!! The food was delicious and I was with two people who always get sea sick and they were like let’s to it again!! So if this is not on your bucket list…add it!! Even if it is raining still amazing pictures!! We saw otters, eagles, birds, seals…and amazing glaciers and so many waterfalls!! Just book it you won’t regret it!!

Beautiful & comfortable - We didn’t have the best weather so it was nice that the indoor cabins were so large, nice & comfortable. The staff was excellent. Food was good. Viewpoints were beautiful. I didn’t realize how many other people would be on the tour, which takes from the experience a bit. That should probably be mentioned in the details. It was a bit hard to keep 3 kids under 12 entertained for 5-6 hrs on the boat, but everyone enjoyed it overall.

Stunning tide water glaciers! - It was worth it. You drive under a 2.5 mile tunnel and then you get about a 6 hour/ 150 mile long high speed catamaran tour of the Prince William sound. The crew was really enthusiastic and you see some stunning tide water glaciers. We also saw a whale and some other wildlife. Definitely worth it. Just my husband and I went- we thought it may be too long to keep our kids entertained.

Don’t waste your time - This was the most disappointing experience of our Alaska vacation. We were seated on the second floor and the only way you could see anything was to brave the high winds outside. So for 6 hours we mostly had a view of people’s backs! The food was just ok. People were talking while the ranger was speaking, making the tour information very hard to hear. All in all, terrible waste of time and money!
