• Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center - Embark on a tour of the picturesque Turnagain Arm, observe native wildlife at the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, and ride an aerial tram for a breathtaking 360-degree view of mountains and hanging glaciers. Choose to depart at 8 a.m. or 9 a.m., with return times at 6:45 p.m. The earlier you start, the more time you’ll have at the tram to enjoy local hikes and activities.

Hop on your Turnagain Arm Shuttle for a guided drive along Alaska’s most scenic highway. From start to finish, you’ll be treated to dramatic views of mountain landscapes and the rocky coastline of Cook Inlet. Enjoy a one-hour visit to the 140-acre Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, where you can see native bears, reindeer, bison, and other wildlife. The AWCC’s mission is to provide refuge for orphaned, injured, and ill animals that cannot survive in the wild. Next, your driver will take you to Girdwood, where you’ll have free time to enjoy the aerial tram and local activities.
