Definitely Worth Booking - Our guide (recently retired park ranger) was super knowledgeable and super friendly! He was early to pick us up and was the best tour guide ever (sorry I can’t remember his name. I’m older than he is)…

Entertaining Day at the Conservation Center - Would highly recommend this tour. Tom, our driver/guide was amazing. He was highly knowledgeable, entertaining and made the day fly by. The Conservation Center was well laid out and Tom’s knowledge of the wildlife on display was impressive. The variety of beers available at the brewery was good as was the food.

Perfect Day - Wildlife Center, Lunch and Fantastic drive - Met Chris and Tom in town. Got coffee to go from Kobuk, which is an amazing coffee and gift shop !! Drive down Turniagain arm was so scenic and Chris told us lots of interesting info about the glaciers, history, mining, eater ways, mudflats etc etc. Tom, the second guide had worked as park ranger at Chugach State Park for 25 yrs so he had lots of personal stories. We stopped for photos 📸 and I have hundreds of them now. Saw trumpeter swans at Potters Marsh. Girdwood Brewery was busy with Slush Cup but we got our food quickly as the order system was so organized. After lunch we headed to see the animals at Wildlife Conservation Center. First time seeing muskox. What an amazing creature. Bears were at lunch but saw one running...( luckily behind the fence). We drove through with several stops to see the animals. The porcupine was doing a dance on the fence and it was too funny. Drive back was just as scenic and I don't think I would ever get tired of the scenery! I thoroughly loved the tour. It was well organized and we had plenty of photo stops. I went alone but by the end of tour we were all friends. So fun. Highly recommended and I will certainly do more tours with Chris and Alaskan Sights& Bites!
