Pamukkale visit - Metin Tour added 9without additional cost) lake SALDA visit. Positive, helpful, high experienced guider. Breakfest and dinner included, everything was ok. Only temperature in Salda area too low.... Not depend on the Office:). many thanks. Andrzej

A must bucket list item - Pamukkale did not disappoint. It's one of those places that has to be seen. It isn't big, and it was winter when we were there so more than half the pools were empty, but it was magical nonetheless! So beautiful and not to be missed.

Scam and tourist trap - Do not book this tour! This entire tour is one big tourist trap. You spend most of your day being driven to different stores where they want you to buy overpriced nonsense, instead of spending time visiting any sites. The so-called mineral hot spring is a green disgusting mud pool no one ever goes to and you have to pay extra for it and waste over an hour. Lunch is pretty bad, but dinner is absolutely terrible. The English-speaking guide barely speaks or understands English and gives virtually no information about anything. The guide’s entire mission is to get you to waste money in several different places and at the end he passes around a wallet for tips for this awful so-called tour. Pamukkale itself is absolutely worth seeing, but you have to find a different tour company. I heard that some actually do legitimate tours.

More of sales expenditure than excursion - It was more of a sales expenditure than actual excursion to Heirapolis city. We were given only 2hrs 45mins for all ( Heirapolis Museum, Pamukkale thermals pools, cleopatra pools and Heirapolis theather). All these places require minimum 5hrs of time, but instead almost 2 hrs was wasted to take us to wine selling winery, some textile shop and jewellery shop. We regret going to this trip due this very reason.
