Additional Information

Transportation is arranged from the hotel for guests in the morning. The journey unfolds through the path of Alanya-Gazipasa-Mersin-Demirtas, leading to the lush Sapadere village, renowned for its rich flora and fauna, and the region’s most breathtaking natural assets. It remains pristine with numerous untouched landscapes.

The esteemed Sapadere Canyon is situated 3km from Sapadere village and stands 400m tall and stretches over 360m in length. It owes its formation to the wear and tear caused by wind, water, and ice. Tactically placed wooden walkways allow visitors to traverse the Canyon, offering stunning views of the impressive rock formations, as well as providing opportunities to spot rare wildlife.

The wooden trail spans 300m and concludes at a majestic waterfall, a must-see attraction during your Sapadere Canyon tour. Feel free to capture this beauty in photographs and even take a swim in the remarkably refreshing water, which struggles to cross the 12-degree mark even in the midst of summer. This trip also offers the chance to pluck and enjoy fresh fruits.

Sapadere canyons highly recommend - Had a great time. The driver was incredibly kind and funny. You could see how much he loved his job. We went past beautiful sights, and they slowed down to allow us to take pictures. There was a photographer there who took pictures of us at different points of the tour, and while we were walking through the canyon. We also were able to partake in a water fight with those on our tour and other tours during the journey to the canyons. The food was nice and the river was beautiful too.

An amazing day out - We were a bit wary about booking this as we weren’t sure about jeep and water fights! But it was an amazing day out with lots of fun, and the driver was fantastic, looking after everyone. plenty of pools to swim in if you wish, stunning scenery and photo opportunities. Really good value for money, lunch was delicious and plenty of it, I would thoroughly recommend doing this trip (from a very reserved British family!!)

Family jeep outing with water fights ! - If there were ten stars I would give this a ten Absolutely best part of our trip We started off with other couples/families in an open top jeep and loud music ( which we loved ) Traveling up the mountains to the canyon and to visit the beautiful waterfalls Was able to tick this off my bucket list 12 degrees of natural water so practice your breathing techniques if you want to take a swim The photographer and guide made this trip I’ve forgotten his name but he was fantastic doing cool tricks off the jeep and captured all our photos Something to bear in mind is the water fights between you and other jeeps on the trip but we dried off straight away the guides fill up huge water bottles which you can throw over the other families and this was also fantastic especially in the heat Lunch was salad pasta bread and a bbq absolutely wonderful and would definitely do this trip again !!

Worth it just for the mood and the water fight. - The yprice is ok 25 euros for adults and 20 for children. What you get to see is not so interesting. What made the trip interesting is the atmosphere and the nice organizers (Akin). The driver (Sedat) did not take any risks and took into consideration that children were present. It's been a lovely day.

Good trip....not for faint hearted - The canyon and cave are wonderful sights and the journey up the mountain is awsome....however the mode of transport was rustic and uncomfortable....and the upper path of the canyon was closed.

Ok but not worth it - It was ok. Canyon was boring and full of people so had to queue most of the way up. The cave was nice to see but again quite boring. Would recommend the safari tour over this 100%

Improper transport - The vehicle they used for pick and drop was an open air sort of jeep, and the temperature was 32-33. No protection from the sun, and even when I asked to cover, they told me to leave. So before proceeding, please keep in mind that you will roam on the road in open jeep.
