Great experince - On of the The best experiences of my life. It is hard to climb but it worths. Our guide Minor was a great guy with his team. They carried all the meal to the base camp! Always supported us. Even carried one of the guests during the trail to help her while she was suffering. Highly appreciate it!

Acatenango - 4/5 - incredible experience at the top of Acatenango! Willy the guide is a legend, super helpful for all the stuff during the hike and at the base camp! A couple things to notice: - Tour was mentioned to be in English - Willy only speaks Spanish but you’ll manage to be understood - Lack of information on some key aspects. Payed 75€ but DOES NOT include the night tour at Fuego. Trip Advisor did not mentioned this and it is an extra 200 Quetzales (24€) to hike the Fuego. Also make sure to bring enough water (4l at leaf) bcs the guide uses over a liter to cook diner and breakfast. TripAdvisor’s automatic message was poorly written and many people were surprised by this lack of info. Overall, great expedition but please make sure to be informed on the difficulty of the hike, the prices, and what to bring on the hike.

Rewarding hike, great guides - Great guide, tough but incredibly rewarding hike, solid enough food over a campfire. Would recommend

Amazing, must do - Although this group doesn’t have a lot of reviews, this tour was amazing. The lodging on top was pretty comfortable, along with the fact the view of Mt Fuego is amazing. Additionally, the tour guide made sure we arrived atop Fuego and Actatengo first before other groups, allowing us the best spots and pictures without the crowd

Best Hiking experience ever!!! - Our crew was amazing, and our guides were the best. Leonel and his partner did an amazing job. Climbing with people from all over the world truly made it so memorable. It is a rough hike for a beginner but it is so rewarding. Thank you everyone.

Once in a Lifetime amazing hike up Acatenango and Fuego! - The overnight hike up Acatenango was incredible! We had the most wonderful guides, Mynor and Saul! They were very encouraging and helpful, and we added the night hike up Volcán Fuego which was an experience not to miss. The lava explosions were beautiful and powerful, and it was wonderful to have such an up close experience. My husband and I would recommend Saul and Mynor as guides to anyone coming to Guatemala. They are the kindest people, work hard, and ensure everyone’s comfort and safety! “Vamos Ale!” Eric & Jessi

Do it! - This was such an awesome trip. Brothers Expeditions did an awesome job. The hike to Acatenango is not easy but it’s totally worth it. Brothers expedition kept us in a beautiful cabin with arguably the greatest view of Fuego. We saw eruptions all night. We also did the challenging Fuego hike. My husband was struggling with the altitude a little so the guide stayed with him to make sure he was doing ok. Overall, I would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone. Good luck and enjoy : )

Incredible experience! - Going up is hard, but it is 100% worth it, the camp is quite good and you have a great experience, the landscapes are unmatched. Bringing enough water and warm clothing will be necessary. It is worth paying the additional cost to climb the Fuego volcano, you will see the best sunset

Bad tour guides, misleading trip description - First off, the actual hike itself with the views of the volcanos is fantastic. However, I would strongly recommend against going with THIS company specifically. The tour guides did not speak any English (even though I selected preference for an English-speaking guide), they never communicated with the group what plans were for the day, they had no response to the freezing cold night that we had to spend in the rain (surely a fire could have been built), and both tour guides tried their hardest to rush all of the hiking group members to get to our destination as fast as possible––ignoring physical ability and safety. Overall, I was very disappointed with this tour experience, even if the natural landscape itself was absolutely amazing.
