Incredible experience improving my photography skills in locations with iconic views. - This is my second time working with Marco Bulgarelli. I first worked with him in Roma for a half day photography workshop. I felt like his guidance really helped improve by photography skills. When I decided to return to Italy, he was top on my list to work with again. Marco did a fantastic job organizing our 5 day Tuscan photography group. He certainly knows Tuscany and was able to take us to locations with iconic vistas. Each day he provided us with practical tips to enhance our skill set to take beautiful photos, reviewed our shots and provided input. Marco also scouted out great restaurants for first group dinner and our lunches together. He worked hard to accommodate the varying needs and interests of our group, including arranging a wine tasting at a local winery. I also must add that the accommodations he arranged added to the overall experience. Agriturismo Valcelle is not to be missed. I highly recommend Marco and can’t wait to work with him again.

Exceptional, Memorable Experience - Exceptional. Tour of a lifetime. Marco was outstanding both in his ability to teach his talent and skill and to share the beauty of Tuscany. Marco tailored our trip to suit what we were most keen to learn about taking memorable photos. He was ready to shift to different locations dependent on weather. We went to areas, towns and had experiences that we will never forget - sunsets over Tuscan fields, artistic pictures in ancient wine cellars and town scapes that looked like paintings. Having traveled through Italy for 3 months - Marco’s tour and time with him because he is just a really great person - was one of the best experiences we had. Highly recommended.

Great Tuscany tour with Marco - We have been on a private tour with Marco for 6 days during november 2022. I am a quite experienced wildlife photographer while my wife is quite new to photography. I have previously been on photo tours with different great companies but Marcos tour belongs definitely to the top. Thoroughly planned and executed tour. We have visited and photographed all famous places as well as places known only to locals. Marco is a great teacher and adjust his advice to individual needs. We learnt a lot about composition and light and are very much happy with our landscape and street photos. Besides photography Marco showed us great cities and villages where we visited restaurants with typical local dishes. We also got an opportunity to live in a farmhouse from 17-18th with great local wines and surroundings. All this coupled with Marcos humor and easy personality made our trip a great endeavour. The best of Tuscany - Marco drove my husband and I around Val d’Orcia, where we spent 8 hours photographing amazing landscapes. He took us to the best shooting spots, where he shared with us photography principles required to make impactful photos. We were lucky to have the most incredible sunset, in an amazing location. Marco easily adapted his coaching for my husband and I (me not being a photographer at all). He is professional and friendly. We truly enjoyed is company and the photography tips he provided. So much so that we also booked a 4-hour night tour in Rome with him, where we learned a lot about night time photography techniques. A Tuscan Gem - Spent two weeks in amazing Tuscany. This tour was the crème de la crème of our Tuscan experiences. Marco was my hero, hands down. An Exceptional Experience - I just completed a 4-day private photography tour with Marco and I can't write enough good things about it! I am a fairly experienced photographer, and with Marco's guidance, I really felt my skill level improved significantly. He planned diverse itineraries for each day - from across Val d'Orcia, to various areas of southern Tuscany - and I was able to photograph a variety of subjects - landscape, low light, travel, and street photography. He always knew where to go and what time to go for the absolute BEST photographs. Marco is super friendly, gracious and approachable. When you spend 8 hours a day for four days with a relative stranger, you're never sure how you'll pass the time. Marco immediately put me at ease the moment we met! I will definitely look to participate in another of his photography tours in the near future!

Know where to go and when to go for stunning photos. - I’m very fortunate to be able to pursue two of my great passions - travel and photography. Tuscany - and Val D’Orcia in particular - was a photo destination I had long been thinking about. When it came time to plan my trip, I wanted to make sure I would be able to capture images as beautiful as those I see in magazines and travel websites. Based on considerable research, I contacted Marco and planned two separate days of shooting. On Day 1, he picked me up where I was staying at 6:00 am, and off we went to capture spectacular sunrise images at a location I never would have found on my own. We spent eight hours together on Day 1. The following day Marco picked me up in the early afternoon for another eight hour session - with a plan to capture sunset images. I can honestly say that during my two days with Marco, I took some of the most beautiful shots of my life. Marco’s experience was invaluable. His technical advice and suggestions for composition were great. And - he is a genuinely nice guy! Thanks Marco. Until next time!

Beautiful photo tour into Tuscany - We had such a great time on this photo tour, it completely exceeded our expectations. Marco planned out everything and picked us up from the train station, and then proceeded to drive us around to absolutely beautiful spots where we could stop and take photos. It was exactly what I envisioned, with the beautiful Val d'Orcia spots. At each location he gave advice on best shots, angles, and really just as much feedback as you want on your photos. It was a private tour with just me and my partner with a very reasonable full day price, and Marco was very friendly and outgoing. If we come back to Italy we would book again and do his Rome photo tour.

Amazing photo experience - We had a great day discovering stunning photography spots of Val D'orcia. Because Marco offers the tour for small private groups, I had all his attention to myself, and the tour gave me much more than simply visiting some places and taking photos. Marco is a great teacher, so we discussed how to push my photographic knowledge further. He estimates the photographic skills and then tailors the tour for the best experience, so I know have not only many stunning pictures but also many photography advice to think about.
