Lake Sevan - Lake Sevan is situated in the northeastern part of the Armenian Highland, within the Gegharkunik Region. It is recognized as one of the three ancient and largest lakes (along with Vana and Urmia) of the Armenian Kingdom. Known as the “blue eyes” of Armenia, it is encircled by the Geghama, Vardenis, Pambak, Sevan, and Areguni mountain ranges. This azure gem of Armenia lies at an elevation of 1900 meters above sea level. The lake is divided into two unequal sections known as Big and Small.

Dilijan - Dilijan is a spa town and urban municipal community in the Tavush Province of Armenia. Often referred to as Armenian Switzerland or Little Switzerland by locals, it is one of Armenia’s most significant resorts, located within the Dilijan National Park. This forested and secluded town is home to many Armenian artists, composers, and filmmakers, and showcases some traditional Armenian architecture. Sharambeyan Street in the center has been preserved and maintained as an “old town,” complete with craftsman’s workshops, a gallery, and a museum. Popular recreational activities include hiking, mountain biking, and picnicking.
Haghartsin Monastery - Haghartsin is a 13th-century monastery situated near the town of Dilijan in the Tavush Province of Armenia. Constructed between the 10th and 13th centuries (with significant work in the 12th century under Khachatur of Taron), much of it was built under the patronage of the Bagratuni Dynasty. According to tradition, an eagle was seen soaring over the dome of the main building during its dedication, leading to its common name, the monastery of the playing (or soaring) eagle (“Hagh” means game and “Artsin,” a form of “Artsiv,” means eagle in Armenian).
Lake Parz - Lake Parz is a small lake located in the Dilijan National Park, east of Dilijan in Armenia. The lake was formed due to natural climatic changes. “Parz” means clear in Armenian. In 2017, the TransCaucasian Trail was established to link Parz Lake with the town of Dilijan and, in the opposite direction, with Gosh Village and Gosh Lake. The trail was created by constructing new segments to connect existing trails or dirt roads. At the lake, visitors can find a restaurant, bar, paddle boats, ropes course, and zip lines.
