Great Tour - The tour was excellent, involving historical anecdotes, a friendly and hospitable tour guide (Mauro), and lots of good food and excellent company. A shout out to Mauro for being more than patient when I got lost during one of the stop offs. He was everything that a tour guide should be, and would not hesitate to use this company again, if I visit Porto in the future.

Can’t Miss Tour - Excellent day trip to see some very different areas in the Porto area. The suspension bridge and walkways were very enjoyable. We did see several areas impacted by the recent wild fires, but it didn’t have any negative impact on our level of enjoyment. Tomas was a great driver and full of information. Would highly recommend.

Aveiro and Paiva a must do! - The most beautiful tour ever! A whole other part of Portugal with the most beautiful nature! Aveiro was gorgeous and we loved the canal ride! The suspension bridge and Paiva walkways were spectacular! And we had the most incredible tour guide who even accommodated our older parents and provided a way for our dad to experience this journey even with a walker! Best tour ever! Highly recommend!

A little taste of everything - This tour was such an adventure! Tomas was our guid and was wonderful! A great source of history and insight, and made sure we got to know more about the more typical and rural way of life in Portugal outside the tourist centers. The tour involves quite a bit of driving from site to site, but it’s a welcome rest after the walkways and suspension bridge! The scenery for this hiking part of the tour is amazing! Shady trees, waterfalls, a crystal clear river, and cute goat encounters were my favorite parts. Lunch after the hike was hardy and Delicious! The stop at Costa Nova was lovely as well. It’s a brief stop, but I had the chance to walk the beach and dip my toes in the ocean for a while. The Aveiro stop happened to have a small festival happening in town with live music and dancing, and a pig roasting on a spit - which we enjoyed being a part of as we waited for our canal boat tour. Viator said it was about 9hrs but really it came closer to 10 for us. But we arrived back to Porto just in time to catch sunset on the Douro. You get a little taste of mountain heights, shady river walks, rural towns, canals, sand, and sea - all in all a great way to spend a day.

Memorable walk - First of all, our guide, Mauro, was the best. We had five tour guides on our stay in Portugal and he was the best of all of them. We thoroughly enjoyed the suspension bridge and the walkways. The lunch in an authentic little restaurant was tasty. We knew it was a group tour but did not expect the van to be at capacity in which all three rows including the front were three people across. The boat tour was not needed in our opinion. Would recommend this trip but wanted to let people know a few of our reservations.
