Exactly what we needed - Prompt and courteous service, right to the door of our hotel, even helped with our bags. Would definitely use again!

Transportation to hotel - Mr Hansen was excellent and was very knowledgeable of the area. The ride was completely comfortable and enjoyable… We would definitely recommend this to others

Private car airport pickup to hotel - Private driver was present at Arrivals with our name on a tablet, all on time. Nice drive into city directly to our hotel. Seemed expensive vs a bus but Iceland is known for really high prices and cost of living. Plus we did not have to walk with luggage from a close-by bus stop. Clean car and we were given water bottles to take with. Nice driver.

Highly recommended! - Great experience, highly recommended! Our flight landed very early around 4am in the morning. Our driver Marius was already there greeting us. He is very friendly and helped us to locate the rental apartment key to make sure we can get in when he drop us off. Thank you Marius!

Great Experience - Did not have to wait. Driver was waiting for us. He gave as very interesting commentary on our way to Reykjavik and had some helpful tips and suggestions.

Well worth the expense - I appreciate the driver’s patience as I dealt with lost baggage and stopping by somewhere so I could get some food.

…and then some! - Our pick up from KEF AIRPORT couldn’t have been any better! Our driver was patiently waiting for us with our name boldly displayed and we were properly greeted by a true Icelander:)!!! He gave us a short geography lesson(which was fascinating) and ended with a “What to See and Do” tour of the city. Thanks for all the bells and whistles!!!!!

Above and beyond ! - Our driver Mr. Steffan was amazing- He walked us to the hotel door which was locked used his phone to call, got us our room and code! Excellent service-

Highly recommended transfer service - Driver met us with a sign after Customs, assisted with luggage, he was courteous and his vehicle was spotlessly clean . Very highly recommended transfer from airport to Hotel.

Highly Recommend! - We used this service for transfer both ways from and to the airport. Communication was great, the van in extremely good shape and staff very friendly. Having someone waiting for you upon arrival who knows where you are headed makes the transfer to your destination so much less stressful/. It was a good choice and I would highly recommend this company!
