Highlights
  • The Antilla - Experience Aruba’s abundant marine life like never before with a SEABOB. This latest innovation in personal watercraft allows you to glide smoothly over more reef areas than a regular snorkel trip. Our professionally trained guides will take you on an unforgettable marine adventure!

Our first stop is the “Antillia” shipwreck, known as one of the best wrecks to snorkel in the Caribbean. After 80 years underwater, it remains intact and teeming with marine life and coral growth. With spectacular visibility, you will witness this historic ship come alive with underwater life.

  • Boca Catalina Beach - Next we will snorkel over Boca Catalina, a shallow reef with a full array of fan favorites like angelfish, butterflyfish, parrotfish, squid and octopus.
  • Tres Trapi - Continuing along the coast, we arrive at a tiny sandy cove nestled in the rocky limestone overhang known as “Tres Trapi”. Hundreds of red cushion starfish lay right under you on the white sand sea floor. The highlight will be getting to swim with our enchanting sea turtles as they make Tres Trapi one of their favorite hangouts.
  • Arashi Beach - Your tour ends at the Arashi Beach Shack, a favorite beach hot spot that everyone always enjoys.

More fun than you think - It’s a fun excursion and the tour guide was super nice and informative. Be ready, it’s a decent amount of work if you do the ship wreck trip, also wear a rash guard or some sorta clothing to block out the sun, as no sun block will withstand the adventure. We are both a bit sun burned, our own fault as we thought we were ready, and we still would do it again.

Don’t miss this! - This was an amazing time. Our guide was Benjamin and did a fantastic job. We approached this with some trepidation because we had never done something like this before, but he put our mind at ease and explained how easy it was. He wasn’t kidding, it was very easy and easy to learn very quickly. Even though you’re in very deep water, the sea Bob is a flotation device at all times so there is that extra sense of security. Benjamin went out of his way to show us many things. We went to the reef first and saw our first turtles and stingrays. After that we headed to the shipwreck, which was very incredible. The confusing part was the website wanted you to Choose a pick up location. We had a car so we wanted to show up at the tour location. There Was no option in the drop-down menu to allow you to report that you wanted to show up on site. Fortunately, we were able to call the company and they let us know to just show up at Arashi Beach shack. We did not realize that you walk out from the beach into the water. Our guide explained to us that the only thing you needed to bring where your arms and legs. He wasn’t kidding. There’s no need to bring anything else. This was a great way to snorkel. I will definitely do it again.

Seabobs with Segway Aruba are the way to go! - What a great experience! One of the guides picked us up at our resort & took us to the beach where you launch. All of the guides were very friendly & knowledgeable. Alex was our guide who took us out in the water. He was very thorough training us in how to use the seabobs, making sure everyone on our tour stayed relatively close & alerting us to sea life close by. We saw several sea turtles, a ray, several sizes & varieties of fish & coral & even a starfish. Of course, we got to meet Doris the pelican. She even hitched a ride on a few of our seabobs! We were able to spend plenty of time at the shipwreck, which is just massive. You could really get up close & personal with the ship, if your ears & lungs can take the pressure. This was truly a wonderful tour that people of all ages can enjoy.

Great experience! - The seabob tour was such a cool experience! We covered so much more area than we ever could have snorkeling! The visibility of the shipwreck wasn’t great when we went, but my husband still got a few good shots of it on his underwater camera, and we got lots of great video of turtles (probably 7-8 of them) and fish on our way back! Definitely recommend!

Beware, this a beach entry - Overall we had a good time but we’re disappointed in how little time was spend at the wreck. You do a beach entry with your Seabob. It is a long way out to the wreck. A good 5-10m to get there. Unless you have good upper body/ arm strength , this can be tiring. The seabobs are easy to use one you get the hang of it. Pay attention when they explain use. They go through it quickly. Timing. As I noted we spent only a couple minutes at the wreck. I believe this was bc a person in our group was panicking when we arrived at the wreck. We barely had a chance to dive down to take a look before we left. It was a bit rough water getting to it and your arms and pectoral muscle could be burning. She wanted to return to shore and kept insisting she could not do it. Bc only 1 guide was with us, that could not happen. I believe he brought us back in towards the shore and calmer waters bc of her. There was more coral and fish near the shore. Lovely but again shuttle through very quickly. In the shallows, nice to run the seabob 1-2ft below the surface, shorten up on it. Then it is easy to look at things and take pictures. Notes: you are given a mask but no snorkle. They claim it is bc the get water in them. That could be true, but an experience snorkler or diver would be fine. And they would be helpful in the shallows. I think this is bc the company would have to sterilize between users. I noted the guide was wearing one. Bring towels and make sure to wear a shirt or use water proof sunscreen. Take an underwater camera. It will take some getting used to but you can take pictures. Suggestions — offer a snorkle for experienced folks. Have a few near sighted mask for customers to use that wear glasses. Would make it nicer for them to see everything. Also get a tube of silicone grease for folks with mustache or beard so they can seal the mask better. A second guide to bring up the rear would be invaluable. Especially when a person in the group wants to return to shore.
