Excellent experience with Tunisie reves - We had an excellent experience with the agency Tunisie reves and specially with our best guide Sami. He organised us a special travel to the oases of Tozeur and a two day trip to the Berber villages of the South. He was an excellent driver and guide, very helpful and polite. We enjoyed a lot our moments with him and our trip. I totally recommend this travel agency and hope to come back again in Tunisia, meet Sam and take another tour with this agency ☺️

The Power of Oases - We were very excited to venture out to Chebika, Mides & Tamerza this morning. Our guide, Ali, and his excellent driver (whose name escapes us ... sorry!) picked us up promptly at 8am. Ali was warm and interesting. Not only was he informative about the places we visited, but he also answered our many questions about daily Tunisian life. Our visit to Chebika was particularly spectacular. Mides drew us close to the Algerian border and the gorges were amazing. The final stop at Tamerza featured a visit to the Grand Cascade. This was a wonderful tour and we found that half a day was just right when the temperature was climbing to 42 degrees. Thank you Ali for your excellent work!

Amazing experience and amazing tour guide - We loved our experience. Sami was so friendly and explained every aspect of the history, geography, and culture very clearly. A true master of his craft who clearly loves to educate and interact with people from all over the world! He showed us beautiful places. Can't recommend it enough.

Doesn't Deliver on Promises - Waste of Money - We booked this half day excursion from Tozuer to visit the surrounding oases based on the description outlined. Very clearly the description states that an Emglish speaking guide will be provided and explain the ecology and history of the area. Our driver, though pleasant, did not speak English other than to tell us to "take photo'. We have driven a rental vehicle around Tunisia for the past two weeks and could have easily navigated these destinations. We chose this tour, however, based on the promise of insight into the destinations. There was zero. At Chebika Oasis, a 'guide' told us that the building were abandoned in 1969, and then rushed us through the natural areas to the touts. We weren't expecting a university lecture about the locale, but I was just radio silence. He yawned about 20 times, only showing some life when asking for a tip at the end. The description states that bottled services is included. There was none on offer. The description states that entrance/admission is included at three sites. Perhaps this is misleading messaging, but there is certainly no admission to be paid. Mides was nothing more than a photo stop from the side of the road. The vehicle had AC. If you plan to use this trip simply as comfortable transport, then it seves its purpose, but is overpriced. If you expect even the most basic aspect of guiding, local knowledge, or expertise, look elsewhere.
