Awesome Experience in Assisi - We had a wonderful time learning how to make fresh pasta and raviolis. Our experience started with amazing wine tastings paired with different cheeses, vinegar s and jams. Then Eleanora taught us how to make delicious pasta. She was very patient with us. It was the perfect ending to our stay in the beautiful town of Assisi. I would highly suggest this class.

A Must Do While in Assisi - Eleonora was great! If you are in Assisi this is a must do on your experiences to have while here. She was welcoming, patient and so knowledgeable in showing how to make homemade pasta. By the end of the class you will have made two meals for yourself. Prior to the lesson you get appetizers at a wine shop across the street. A very nice man and owner named Francesco will serve you some of the best pairing of cheeses you will ever taste. Highly recommend Eleonora and this entire experience!

A Perfect Evening in Assisi! - We were welcomed by Eleanora and immediately served with delicious cheeses and meats from the local shop, accompanied by a selection of perfect balsamics, oils and chutney….. and not forgetting the organic wine!
The pasta making was huge fun and we made fettuccine to take home and ravioli which was then presented to us with a sumptuous sauce for supper. Eleanora made us a mousse for dessert and we were offered wine throughout.
We loved the evening … thank you Eleanora.

Wonderful !! - What a lovely evening. We made fettuccini, part of a chocolate dessert, and Umbrian bread. Eleanora was adorable, accomadating and spoke pretty good English. The facility/large room was well equipped and beautiful. The meal we jointly prepared for all 11 of us with Eleanora was delicious.
The entire event was a wonderful experience. Very Italian !

An experience to remember forever! - This experience was one I'll treasure forever. My hosts, Lucia and Martina, were absolute wonderful. We had so much genuine, relaxed and authentic fun. I learned real cooking skills and recipes and the feast afterwards was scrumptious. I cannot recommend this enough! I really hope to be back. Thank you for everything.

So much more than cooking - Sara and her family made for an unforgettable day!
This is a must-do when in the area of Assisi. Sara (and Angelo) welcomed us into their beautiful home and spent time teaching us hands-on to make cheese biscuits, gnocchi, and tiramisu. She even made gluten free accommodations. Then we were treated to a wonderful aperitif and local wine. Their property is breath-taking amongst the garden and olive trees. We truly had the best day and felt like part of the family. Please arrange an unforgettable class and experience with Sara. Time and money well spent.

Proper food done in the traditional way. - A fantastic afternoon with Mama Laura and her daughter Chef Elisa.
We were shown how to make traditional bread, pasta and tiramisu. Lovely afternoon in the family home and great to learn how to make these dishes in the traditional way. I will definitely be using these methods when I get home.
