- Collo - Under the Atacama Night is a new astronomical tourism experience focused on the relationship between people and the night sky. Our goal is to help people reconnect with the sky through a close account accompanied by observations of the sky with the naked eye and with telescopes, all this in a privileged environment away from noise and light pollution.
This tour has been designed by Rodrigo Zúñiga after years of experience in astrotourism in San Pedro de Atacama. In addition to being the main speaker of this astronomical experience, Rodrigo is the author of the series of books Under the Atacama Night.

Additional Information
The main element that differentiates us from other astronomical experiences is our story, which was designed to reconnect travelers with the sky through a stellar journey through time and under the worldview of different cultures.
For this experience we have a specially adapted natural space, respecting the environment and free from noise and light pollution. We have state-of-the-art astronomical observation equipment, which makes this experience even more interesting.
In addition, we offer a dedicated cocktail service with sweet and savory snacks, grain coffee, tea, and reserve wine.

Amazing sky and experience - Great night. The sky is just amazing, and our guide was fantastic too. I loved his style -- he was patient and great answering questions. Showed us lots of cool constellations, and explained why things showed up in different ways, how we could use constellations to navigate, etc. Was super cool. We only talked about one Andean constellation though -- would have been cool to learn more about how Indigenous peoples understood/understand this sky. The fire was nice, and pictures they took of us came out nice. Hot chocolate was surprisingly good too!

This astronomical tour is a must do in San Pedro de Atacama. - What a great night gazing at the stars with Rodrigo and Pablo. The sky was super clear and I have never seen so many stars. Rodrigo and Pablo gave an awesome presentation about the night sky and answered all our questions. Pointing out the different stars and constellations and then looking at them through the telescope made it an unforgettable evening. Thanks!

Unique, fantastic, heartwarming and inspiring experience!! - We had this experience together with our sons (3 and 6). We enjoyed from the beginning to the end. Rodrigo knows a lot about the universe and talks in a very pleasant way. The setting is also very pleasant. Really big compliments, this is a unique experience.
Our boys slept on the benches for a large part of the evening with nice warm blankets over them, which went well.
