Quick Tour - Our guide Vicky was great!! SO knowledgeable and friendly. We recommend highly for anybody wanting to get a quick tour in while in Athens.

An enriching experience - Although not cheap we found this tour well worth the money. The bus collected us on time outside a hotel 2 minutes away from where we were staying. Vicky ( easier to pronounce) was very knowledgeable about the origins of language, the history of Greece and the locations we were visiting and archeology, which (I recall) was what she had studied at university. She was great.
The tour bus showed us important sights eg the Zeus Temple and the Olympic stadium ( a short stop) before we went to the Acropolis.
The timing re information and for us to walk around the Acropolis was perfect.
Then to the Acropolis museum - only a short wait for us to enter as a group and again fascinating information provided around what we were seeing.
Without this tour I think viewing the sights would not have been as enriching as it was.

Acropolis Visit - The guide Ms Dora was great, she explained everything well and in an understandable way for all of us, she was enthusiastic and clearly loved what she did which made the experience for my children and me even more memorable. I highly recommend the trip.

Good but wouldn’t do again. - The beauty of the Acropolis was better than I could have imagined. Our guide, BiBi was a bit of a mess. She didn’t have a great disposition and was outwardly frustrated that the whisper system didn’t work. We broke off from the group because we could not hear anyway.

Very expensive experience perceived as a scam! - We perceive this to be a scam...as the location is sent to you in less than 24hours...so no chance of cancelling, then the trip starting time is 20/30 before we can disembark( tour operators don't know this!?)... then the starting point is somewhere...where nobody knows about this!?

Expensive lessons learned well!! - We presume that some scammers will catch unsuspecting first-timers...especially booking through Viaton. Two excersions in hundreds of dollars were missed because of timing...something tour operators know well - Tour started 8:20... but we could only disembark ship 8:30 earliest!?...after years in this business - this is still seen as an accident??? Please be aware and plan well!
