Best of Athens in a day! - Our time in Athens was limited and we were very glad we decided to book this tour. Mel was an absolute gem of a guide! She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. The tour is quite a walk and there is a lot of information to digest but Mel made it very interesting for all of us. She is very patient with questions and does her best to provide more details when asked. Her background as an archaeologist also made her insights more valuable. Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see the best of Athens in a day! Kudos to Take Walks for structuring the tour spectacularly as well. We were able to see the Acropolis before the crowds came in and we ended the day in the Panathenaic Stadium - a sight you are unlikely to forget.

Great Tour - We saw so much and it was really great being able to see it by walking. Our guide was fantastic. She was so sweet, funny and smart. I loved that this tour included all of the tickets with head of the line access and included the Olympic Stadium! I highly recommend it.

This company does not process refunds in accordance with their policy - This is the first time in my life that I’ve ever posted a review about anything. I am beyond frustrated. We have had the same experience as others. We sent a cancellation request in May, well before the 72 hour cancellation policy. I was offered vouchers for 1x, 1.25x, and 2x the amount....so they are not consistent in that. I declined them all as I want a refund according to their cancellation policy. Then I was sent a voucher for 1.25 x the amount (not even the 2x amount I was once offered ). I Followed up multiple times and received multiple emails saying management would contact me w/in 5 days, they have not. They don’t answer the phone. This is unacceptable for a service that was never provided. A refund is the only acceptable solution. I had NO ISSUES with getting full refunds from “Get Your Guide” - it was quick and painless and their customer service was exemplary.

Can't get our refund due...it has been two months - We have called an emailed several times and in the past two months STILL have not received our refund for our Athens on a Day Tour that we were supposed to go on in July. It is ridiculous that I have to spend my precious time having them do what they are supposed to, and keeping our $400 of money hostage is unacceptable.
