  • Paximadi Bread with Olives and Graviera Cheese - Graviera is a traditional Greek hard cheese with its flavor ranging from slightly sweet to a bit spicy.

  • Stuffed Long Sweet Peppers - In this vegetarian dish, the vegetables are filled with feta cheese, herbs, such as spearmint, and tomatoes.

  • Greek Eggs Kayanas - Kayanas is a tasty dish from Mani made of scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes and cured pork, called siglino.

  • Cretan Dakos Salad - This fresh salad, one of the most popular Greek dishes, combines uniquely the crispy barley rusks with tomato, olive oil and feta cheese.

Perfect cooking class in Athens - We went with two couples and attended a cooking class. Incredible experience, it was one of the best nights in Athens. The food was excellent, the people were excellent. I recommend it to everyone!

Perfect cooking experience - Perfect cooking experience. I recommend it for everyone to experience in the center of Athens, just 10 minutes from the Acropolis. Aspasia is a great person, she taught us and explained all the recipes, we had a great time.

Unique experience! - Aspasia is the best! It's completely different to watch a traditional recipe online than to cook it with a local! As an experience it was extraordinary and the result was way more than pleasant!
