First guided tour, great tour guide, highly recommended. - The site of the tour (Delphi) exceeded expectations. Our tour guide, Irene, from Key Tours was great. She made the trip to Delphi fun and informative. Her knowledge and great effort to provide interesting commentary on the site was very much worth the cost. I would definitely recommend an expert guided tour for all outdoor site seeing in Greece-it’s worth it. I personally would recommend against including the prepaid lunches because it was possible to get lunch at the same location for those who prepaid as well as for those who didn’t. The location for the lunch was nice but the food was a bit lower in comparison with other food I’ve had while in Greece. The bus was nice. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this tour and I’d use the same tour guide again if I come back to Athens.

Informative and beautiful day out - Kostas was such a wonderful guide. We didn’t realize until we were on the bus that it was a 3-hour ride to Delphi. However, our guide, Kostas, gave us lots of information and anecdotes about Athens’ culture and history along the way. The three hours went quickly. I did have concerns about how difficult the climb would be, but it there were absolutely no issues. There was an opportunity to climb the hill above the temple and explore unguided, for which I opted out. After visiting the ruins, Kostas took us through the museum at Delphi. As an archaeologists, he was able to point details and give information which we might have missed on our own. From there we were driven to our lunch location. The meal was included in our ticket price, and was adequate. It was nice to have a vegetarian option. Staff was busy, as the restaurant was packed with tourists from several bus tours, but they very pleasant. We had two more short stops on the return, which broke up the 3-hour ride nicely.

Good trip, misleading itinerary - This was a fun little day trip. Our tour guide Katerina (hope I spelled it right) was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and funny, I learned a lot about the ancient Greeks from her. The Temple of Apollo was also really cool and the tour through the museum was also very informative. The drive from/to Athens was comfortable too. Just a note on the itinerary. It seemed to imply that you had an hour to walk around Delphi and if you didn’t want to join in for the group lunch at the restaurant, you could go somewhere else to get food. This was NOT the case. Everyone was taken to the same restaurant a bit outside of the main city area and was told to eat there. We didn’t pay for the lunch option when signing up because we thought we would be able to eat elsewhere and then explore the town. It was a bit awkward ordering off the of the wider menu while the rest of the group ate from the set menu. If the itinerary was more clear, I would have paid for the set menu as well. It was also a shame not being able to walk around Delphi on our own. Maybe update the itinerary because it is misleading.

Delphi was awesome, tour guide great, tour company awful. - BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BOOKS TOURS WITH THIS TITLE. My group of 4 people all thought this was a private tour as the way it reads is that it is a small group. We talked with other people on our 44 person bus who also thought it was a private tour. No one at this tour company seems to know that traffic in Athens ranges from awful to unbelievably terrible to downright endless gridlock, so you hear constantly about how the time might be delayed "due to traffic." You do these tours every day and you don't know there is traffic? Anyway - we got picked up at our hotel and driven to the tour operater's office (Key Tours). DO NOT GO ON A TOUR WITH KEY TOURS. Disorganized chaos is all I can call it. We got on the bus of 44 people last and as a result, I was unable to sit with my wife for the 3.5 hour drive to Delphi. NO ONE would move for us. That being said, our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Delphi should not be missed but pay the money, MAKE SURE you do a small group/private tour. Much less hassle. 3 stars was for the location, KEY TOURS would get negative one stars.

Not worth the the time. - Good, but not worth the time and effort. Tha tour guide was ill and, despite being very knowledgeable, gave a very uninteresting presentation.
