Shuttle service for cruise - Shuttle service was excellent, from airport to hotel, and from hotel to cruise terminal the next day. Very convenient, and much less expensive that the shuttles available thru NCL. Nice job!!

Reliable safe and efficient. - Great driver, very polite and helpful. Clean new Jaguar which was very comfortable. An easy way to transfer with limited mobility.

Late Pickup - Over an hour late... blamed traffic ...there seems to always be traffic in Auckland, so not a valid excuse ... eventually they sent a different driver
