- Mount Eden - One of Auckland region’s 14 Tūpuna Maunga (ancestral mountains). At 196m tall, Maungawhau or Mount Eden is the highest volcano in Auckland. From the summit, you can enjoy spectacular views of the city and its harbours. - Cornwall Park - Cornwall Park is the largest volcanic park in Auckland. Sir John Logan Campbell gifted Cornwall Park to New Zealand in 1901. Many Aucklanders visit this park for picnics and BBQs. The park is home to numerous sheep and cows, which are owned by the council. With more than 350 species and 8000 trees, Cornwall Park is a paradise for tree lovers! - Ayrlies Garden & Wetlands - Situated in the gently rolling country of east Auckland. This is one of New Zealand’s best-known gardens, characterized by sweeping lawns and informal but detailed plantings by ponds and waterways. A strong but sensitive use of colour is a hallmark of Ayrlies, seen best in the vibrant border where ‘hot’ colours are used to great effect and in other areas where old roses, clematis, and perennials are combined in romantic profusion. The garden now covers some 4 hectares of rolling terrain, with large lawns, ponds, and waterfalls. Now over 50 years old, the garden is nearing maturity. Trees and shrubs form a changing backdrop for the garden. View lines to the Hauraki Gulf and within the garden are preserved with careful arboriculture. A large Ayrlies Wetland area links the garden to the sea.

Lovely day outdoors - The nature tour was a great way to spend the day. I got to see places I wouldn't have discovered otherwise and explore Auckland's green spaces. Sean was an excellent guide and everything was well organized. Highly recommend :)

Great tour! - What a wonderful tour! We visited four beautiful parks and had incredible views of the city. The stop at Arylies Gardens and Wetlands alone was worth the price. Sean is an outstanding guide and his knowledge of the local history and culture is first rate!

Best Tour Ever! - Due to a last minute kayaking cancellation, I decided to jump on this nature tour and can honestly say I had an amazing experience! Our tour guide, Sean K., truly went above and beyond as we traveled to each new destination. He was super knowledgeable and went out of his way to offer us assistance, from helping me with my SIM card and even introducing me to new foods. If you’re in Auckland, do yourself a favor and go on this tour! It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!!

A memorable walk! - Sean Kim is an excellent tour leader! This is a nature tour. Must be prepared for the walks. Tiring but the beautiful sceneries compensate it all!

Beautiful scenery - my wife and I took this trip and it was just beautiful. Was a little more walking then we like to do but it was well worth the time spent. If you don't mind walking and love to see beautiful flowers garden and scenery this is the trip for you. Sean and Andrew were very helpful and made the trip very enjoyable.
