Trip to airport - Our driver was polite and professional. He sent us a text the night before and the morning of to keep us advised of his arrival. We got to the airport in plenty of time.

Clean-dependable-efficient - We were visiting from the US. I notified the driver via the Viator website when we needed to be at the airport. We were staying at the Corvis by Langham in the center of Auckland. The driver stated when he would pick us up at the hotel. The car arrived 5 min early and the driver asked if we had our cell phones, money and passports. I thought that was a good safety check, and thoughtful. He took us directly to our designated terminal, unloaded our bags and wished us safe travels. The driver was very pleasant, and thoughtful with a friendly demeanor. The vehicle was well appointed and comfortable. In future trips to Auckland, we would definitely seek-out this fine transportation company. We love their dependability, (there was no-wait time) and the cleanliness of the vehicle. It was a 30 min private ride from hotel door to the terminal and the price was well worth the service and peace of mind.
