Recommend for anyone here for a short stay - This was a great thing to do as a solo traveler before friends came into town. It was an air conditioned low energy way to learn about Austin. Max was great too!

Great people. Super attitudes. Fun - Jax was our guide. Really enjoyed her insight and passion for her city. Our start was delayed because of the keys to the van were missing (not Jax’s fault). Wasn’t discovered until near the end of the tour a customer had accidentally picked them up and thought it was an audio piece for the tour. Had to laugh. Tour went on without a hitch. Very comfortable in the van. Toured the capital bldg and listened to the wealth of information from Jax. Highly recommended this company after talking to other couples that had done other tours. Extremely helpful even when we called and left messages for directions to park they returned the call (thanks Nick). Our first time in Austin…was great We’re visiting from Titusville Florida and are certainly glad we found this company !

Where was the bus? - We couldn't find a bus to board. The day we were there we arrived late and then it was so hot we had to go in and out of shops to keep sane. We ended up at the office near the Alamo at 4:33, that closed at 4:30. There was a 24 hour offer to cancel or exchange but we had no idea that the weather would make this impossible.
