Loved seeing more of Austin - We didn’t see bats but loved the tour guide who drove us around and also the one on our boat! Would have never known about the other side of Austin had we not bought this trip!

Great trip & awesome.tour guide - Mike was an amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable, took us to some lovely spots to get some pictures and see the site then got us to the boat with enough time to get a drink and get settled before going to see the bats.
We only saw a few bats but overall it was a great trip.
Would highly recommend this.

Great tour! - Great time!! Both the van ride around town exploring interesting parts of Austin and the super friendly boat around the beautiful Austin sky line and bat “wake up” was a perfect combination.

Bat Ahoy! - Mike was right on time and an enjoyable guide. We drove around Austin for an hour then boarded a pontoon boat with plastic chairs and a boat captain who “keeps Austin weird”. We saw a few bats but it was apparently not the huge event we hoped for. Apparently, August is the most flyable month for massive movements of bats. The view from the boat was ideal, and I doubt those standing on the bridge saw much at all. A bit “cheesy” but something we’ve wanted to see.

Only thing missing were the bats - We went on this trip on a drizzly night so only a few bats were out. The driving tour and the boat tour ran smoothly and the commentary was interesting

We had fun. The tour boat captain was very entertaining. - The bus tour of town was over an hour. The boat ride was an hour. I was hoping for a 2 hour boat ride.

Just an okay tour - Mike was a good guide, but in general it was a lot of money to ride around and then sit for a long time waiting to see a few bats. We could have paid $14 each just to see bats and forgo all the extra time and money. And the person on the boat kept saying "you guys" over and over again. Definitely not worth the cost.

Very poor experience - We booked and paid for two of us to do the tour on Friday at 6:00 pm. An hour, just one hour, before we got a message that our tour was cancelled and we would be rescheduled for Saturday night. We have tickets to a concert Saturday night and that is why we came to Austin. We requested to be rescheduled to Sunday evening instead. We got NO response for almost 24 hours. Then after we reached out a second time, we were told that we were now scheduled for Monday night. We fly out of Austin Monday morning. We are VERY disappointed that we could not, as a party of two, be accommodated since this was no fault of ours. So now we wait to see if we will get reimbursed. We tried calling and got hung up on! This tour company is unprofessional on so many levels!
