Entertaining visit with Dora - Dora, the guide, gave us a wonderful visit with information and curiosities, enlivening the journey, in all languages and making us smile on a day when it was raining.

Informative boat tour in Aveiro. - The guide was very informative and made sure he talked to everyone in their own language. He was very good with the history of the area.

Outstanding - Fantastic experience! Crew very knowledgeable and offered great information about Aviero today and it’s history. Outstanding customer service assisting my husband get on and off the boat safely.

Good for kids - It was raining pretty badly and our guides were just lovely. It was helpful to kearn some things about the city.

Great guides! - Michaelangelo was an energetic, kind and humorous tour guide who made the tour engaging for everyone regardless of language or age. It was a neat tour of the canal system in Aveiro and the operators of the boat made it even better. Good price for a short but interesting tour.

He made sure to provide the tour in all languages of people present on the boat. Impeccable service and loved our experience!

Good day trip from Porto - I did a day trip from Porto, taking the train from Sao Bento station. Do note that the train leaves at 50 minutes past the hour, so you will need to time yourselves when leaving the hotel. The trip takes an hour plus, a slow journey through small towns and villages. At one point, beaches along the Atlantic Ocean comes into view for a short distance. Upon arrival at Aveiro, it takes a 20 minute walk to the nearest Moliceiro station. Aveiro is a flat, coastal town and very open, so it can get very hot. Looking for the shade can be difficult (I come from the Tropics, so I’m not too fond of hot sun). The boat ride is fine, a really touristy thing to do, though. The guides are friendly, the ride takes 45 minutes and costs 15€. The train leaves for Porto at 18 minutes past the hour. It takes 20 minutes to walk back to the station. So, accurate timing is essential, as, as I said, it can get quite hot and if you arrive in the station early, you really won’t have much to do to kill the time. All in all, a lovely day trip.

Pleasant canal boat trip - Pleasant trip along canals with some information provided. Only thing is tour guide had to give full tour in both Spanish & English (prob close to 50/50 customers). Found as English speaker they seemed to explain everything in Spanish first then by time explained in English we'd left and not near point of interest talking about. Not guides fault at all but might be better if separate timed tours gor different languages

Okay boat ride - Dora was a fun boat guide! The ride was not what I was expecting. It was okay with very few 'canals' to travel down. It's not expensive so still worth doing and taking pictures.

A small rude but you do get to see the city - Good company to use. Amusing guy speaking , individualised it for different languages. Boats are all the same. This company had a reduced rates for over 65 years.
