Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation detailing the service. After clearing Customs and Immigration, proceed to the terminal exit. Your chauffeur will greet you there with a sign displaying your name. The chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival, the chauffeur will assist with your luggage and provide any necessary help to passengers exiting the vehicle.
Airport Departures: You will receive an email confirmation detailing the service. Be at your hotel’s bell desk at the scheduled pick-up time. Your chauffeur will inform the hotel bellman of your name, and the bellman will call the chauffeur once you have identified yourself. For non-hotel pick-ups, the chauffeur will ring the gate or doorbell or call/text you upon arrival. The chauffeur will load your luggage and assist any passengers needing special care. The chauffeur will take a scenic route and ensure timely arrival at the airport.
