Great transportation - Driver was on time and awaiting our arrival at the airport. Vehicle was exceptionally clean. Our driver David was very friendly and had good conversation about the local area.

Airport to hotel in less than 30 minutes. Perfect! - Great driver in a comfortable new van. 20 minutes from airport to hotel. Everyone we interacted with was very polite and helpful.

Efficient - Clean beautiful van. All the employees at the airport were very professional. The airport was extremely crowded with many people attempting to get our business. I like Viator because I know I will be in the care of a well run company. We looked for the yellow shirts which really helped to find our driver. Thank you Viator.

Great experience from Airport to Cabo San Lucas - Shuttle was easy to spot, directions were clear, service was prompt, van was clean, water was cold and free, driver spoke english and was curtious, we had the shuttle to ourselves and arrived at our hotel in good time. We have not done the return portion but I am expecting the same quality of service. I will update the review if it changes.

Was an O.K. Shuttle Trip. Nice talking with Driver. - For only another Couple on the Ride. Unfortunately the 20 min. delay waiting for them but then O.K. as I was the 1st Stop..

Shuttle ride to Diamonte golf resort - The shuttle was on time the driver was pleasant and during the days prior to arrival I was informed of all the details. Very pleasant experience.

Should have been better - The people and the Van were excellent. Would have been nice to receive a cold water though. There was only one other couple on the van and the driver took us to Cabo San Lucas through heavy traffic first and then back tracked all the way to the Westin Resort. I am sure that would have been fine but that was after waiting for over 35 minutes to get on the van and then by the time we arrived at the Westin the elapsed time was over one and a half hours, and that was with only 4 people on the van. It could have been better

Horrible service - I would like my refund. When I filled out your form I said I was going to LaBlanc resort and when I arrived your staff told me they don’t take me there so I had to get another shuttle service at the airport. Horrible way to start my anniversary vacation!
