Azerbaijan: discovering a little-known country - We visited the Sheki area, as per the program agreed with Artunj (five days) who was very precise and detailed. We were accompanied by Afag, a guide who speaks Italian, very sensitive, attentive and of cultural depth. The driver Sherif was excellent and together with Afag he enriched our trip, understanding our wishes and fulfilling them.

Complete and highly recommended Azerbaijani tour! - We visited Azerbaijan for a week in August 2023. We were 5 people, four adults and one teenage girl. The tour was organized by Artunj, an absolutely kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful person, who also managed to find a guide who spoke Italian. We also used Artunj for the pick-up to and from the airport. The guide, like the driver, followed us on all excursions. Specifically we did the following tours: A. Full Day Baku Guided Tour, B. two-day trip to northern Azerbaijan (Sheki), making stops along the way C. the one-day tour to visit the mud volcanoes and petroglyphs in Gobustan, the fire temple of Atashgah and Yanardag “the fiery mountain”. Apart from the night in Sheki, we booked the hotels for the other nights independently. We absolutely recommend this tour because: 1. covers everything you can see, in 4 days to date, in Azerbaijan; 2. the tour operator is serious and precise; 3. our guide Afag was wonderful, helpful, friendly and told us the (very complicated) history of Azerbaijan, habits, customs etc.. making us appreciate a state that was unknown to us; 4. our driver Vugar was the quintessence of kindness, helpfulness and professionalism (some Azerbaijani roads were particularly difficult). All this contributed to making us appreciate a beautiful country outside the circuits of mass tourism and a population, the Azerbaijani one, incredibly kind, smiling and loving Italy and Italians. I would recommend adding the Heydar mosque to your Baku tour, which was not included in the tour and which we did independently, because it is worth a visit. Last piece of advice for the tour operator, if it were possible it would be very interesting to include a visit to an oil plant or, even better, an oil platform in the tour.

A trustworthy & reliable team - 5 days trip up to Zaqatala with 2 elderly people. Our guide was awesome - she gave useful historical insights. Our driver was skillful and helpful, however we were lost in communication as he doesn’t speak English. Artunj the tour manager assisted us in finding our booked apartment and contacted the landlord while he waited with us to make sure that everything was in place. Overall experience- enjoyable and wonderful service and trips. Thank you Artunj 👍🏼
