For those with a Covid passport and children under 10 years old, a PCR test is not required. On the journey from Baku to Tbilisi, you will pass through: Shamakhy, Ismailly, Gabala, Sheki, Zaqatala, Balakan, the Azerbaijan-Georgia Border, Lagodekhi, and finally Tbilisi.
