Morning Route Schedule:
Banff (8:30am) – Lake Louise visitor center (9:15am) – Lake Louise Commercial parking lot (9:30am to 10:30am) – Moraine Lake (11:00am to 12:00pm) – Lake Louise visitor center (12:30pm) – Banff (13:30pm)
Afternoon Route Schedule:
Banff (14:00) – Lake Louise visitor center (14:45) – Lake Louise Commercial parking lot (15:00 to 16:00) – Moraine Lake (16:30 to 17:30) – Lake Louise visitor center (18:00) – Banff (19:00)

Ticket is for one way ride, but can be also used for further transfer in the same half day schedule when there’s seats available.

In 2023, Moraine Lake is not accessible to personal vehicles due to new visitor regulations. The most certain way to visit Moraine Lake is by using our shuttle service, you can sit back, relax and soak in the majestic view of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.
The ticket provided is valid for a single journey, however, it can be utilized for additional transfers on the same day, subject to seat availability.
Ticket holders travelling long distances (from/to Banff), post the initial planned transfer, can board from any stop, given seats are vacant.
Short-distance tickets are applicable for transfers within the Moraine Lake and Lake Louise region. After the first scheduled transfer, these tickets can still be used for additional transfers within the same area, dependent on seat availability.
