Worst Experience at Underwater World. (Viator service was so good) must buy tickets but don't buy underwater world. - My visit to Underwater World Pattaya two days ago left me thoroughly disappointed. Seven years ago, I had an amazing experience there, filled with vibrant marine life and captivating displays. So, I decided to take my family this time, hoping to relive those wonderful memories. However, the reality was far from what I expected, and it was a regrettable experience. As soon as we entered Underwater World, I could sense that something was amiss. The first thing that struck me was the emptiness. There were no colorful fish swimming around, and the once bustling underwater tunnel was eerily vacant. It was disheartening to see the stark contrast from my previous visit. I thought maybe we had just come at an unfortunate time, but it soon became clear that something was seriously wrong. The tanks were noticeably empty, and we could hardly spot any marine life. It was as if they had all disappeared, leaving behind a lifeless, sterile environment. To make matters worse, it seemed that maintenance work was underway, and many of the attractions were closed or inaccessible. The lack of communication from the staff about these closures was frustrating. It felt like we were cheated out of our money, as we couldn't fully enjoy the experience we had paid for. My disappointment was further amplified when we realized that there were no shows or presentations happening during our visit. This lack of entertainment made the visit even less enjoyable, especially for my family, who had been looking forward to the shows. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against visiting Underwater World Pattaya, especially if you suspect they are undergoing maintenance or if there are no shows scheduled. It was a far cry from the amazing experience I had seven years ago, and I left feeling disappointed and cheated. I hope they take steps to improve their visitor experience and communication in the future.
