After your cruise ship docks in the port of Bangkok, embark on a private shore excursion to the magnificent Grand Palace and visit four spectacular Buddhist temples. You’ll be awed by the stunning beauty of Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha), Wat Traimit (Temple of the Golden Buddha), Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha) and Wat Benchamabophit (the Marble Temple). Your full-day city sightseeing tour by private vehicle includes lunch and commentary by an expert local guide.
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Please note that it takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours one way between Laem Chabang and central Bangkok
- Dress code: When visiting temples visitors should ensure they are suitably dressed. Long pants which go down to the ankle, not tight and not torn - Tops with sleeves and must not be see-through should be worn. If the dress code is not applied then upon the day of the activity it may be possible to rent on spot at your cost. Our guide will help you

Private tour Bangkok - Great tour! Saw everything and more! Our tour guide Jin and our driver were great. First stop was the golden Budda, then the temple next to the palace. A great lunch in a floating restaurant. I asked Jin if we could see the royal barges, she came back and told me the cost and she booked a private boat and we were at the royal barges in 10 minutes. Caught the boat from the restaurant and also got a 30 minute tour of the canals. After seeing the barges and the boat tour, the boat dropped us at the pier for the Palace. Jin's knowledge of all the sights was amazing. She was also our photographer as she knew all the best locations for all the shots. A fantastic day in Bangkok.

The great Jimmy - First met Jimmy on our first trip to Thailand three years ago, what a surprise to see her there waiting for us as we disembarked the ship on this trip. Having taken us to all the usual places last time, we opted for an off the wall, all local sites tour and had a great time. She was warm, friendly and hospitable. We had great fun and appreciated her flexibility. Highly recommend her!!

Excellent Bangkok Shore Excursion - Well organised tour that covered most of the key sites we wanted to visit. Long trip from port to Bangkok but the outstanding experience was well worth the journey. Standard of guide and driver made the visit go very smoothly.

Bangkok tour - This was an excellent tour of the Grand Palace and several temples, including the Reclining Buddha. Our guide was Vanda. Her English was excellent and she gave us a wealth of information. She offered lots of information about her country's culture and history.

We were lucky to have a very... - <p>We were lucky to have a very experienced guide in Manob. He knew the best spots and how to minimise the effect of the crowds at the busiest sights. He took us to a lovely restaurant. It was a very satisfactory alternative to the on ship tour alternative.</p>
