Highlights
  • Temple of the Golden Buddha (Wat Traimit) - Wat Traimit, also known as the Temple of the Golden Buddha, is a public temple renowned for its massive gold Buddha statue, commonly referred to as “the Golden Buddha,” depicted in the posture of subduing evil. This Golden Buddha statue is estimated to be 700-800 years old, likely cast during the Sukhothai era, marking the early period of Thai history.
  • Chinatown - Bangkok - Bangkok’s Chinatown is one of the largest urban Chinatowns. Many argue that it is one of the best places to explore due to its unique characteristics. The main thoroughfare, Yaowarat Road, was constructed in 1891 (2434 in the Buddhist Era). This 2-kilometer road, often called “the Dragon Road,” winds through the historic neighborhood of Chinatown.
  • Wat Phra Chetuphon - Wat Pho, also known as the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, has gained increased attention after being registered with UNESCO as part of the “Memory of the World.” Wat Pho is famous for its gold-leaf-covered Reclining Buddha statue, which is an enormous 46 meters long and 15 meters high. Additionally, the feet of the Reclining Buddha are intricately inlaid with mother-of-pearl depicting sacred symbols.
  • Chitralada Palace - The Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall, often referred to as “the White House” of Bangkok, is a stunning building used as a reception hall for the Dusit Palace. Designed in the Italian Renaissance style, it is constructed from Italian white marble and features a large central dome surrounded by six smaller domes.
  • Chitralada Palace - Commonly referred to as “the King Palace” by locals, Chitralada Palace is the residence of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit in Bangkok, covering an area of 4 square kilometers. The palace also houses a dairy farm and factories established by the late King Rama IX Bhumibol Adulyadej. It includes research centers focused on livestock and agricultural products aimed at improving the quality of life for Thai people.
  • Wat Benchamabophit (The Marble Temple) - Wat Ben, or the Marble Temple, is a prime spot for photography enthusiasts. The temple features a milky-white ordination hall built in a Thai-European style using Carrara marble from Italy. The buildings in this temple are characterized by their intricate high gables, tiered roofs, and elaborate finials. The cloister of the ordination hall showcases unique Buddha images from various Southeast Asian countries, offering a surprising variety of styles and postures.

The Best Three Temple Tour - Went to Thailand for a week with family and took the private, english speaking, three temple tour with Ms. Lin (guide) and Kevin (driver). The service was amazing! Contact was made to ensure an accurate pickup and time, and from the moment we were on our way, Ms. Lin was a non-stop temple guide. Four hours of the best time spent on this tour; we learned so much! Definitely a must!

Great experience - Our tour guide, Luck, was amazing! Seeing these three amazing temples by private tour guide + air conditioned car was the only option, as it was way too hot to venture out on our own or via a group tour. Very good value!

Amazing tour with Luck! So many Buddhas. - Such a fantastic tour! Luck picked us up on time and was a joy from beginning to end. She knew so many details about the temples and we loved learning about them. Her English was very good and she was easy to understand. She was funny and also took lots of photos for us. We had a nice air conditioned car to take us to the three temples, which was needed, as it was a very HOT day. The private tour was perfect for us. Thank you! Highly recommended.
