Family visit - Great company, fast communication and reliable drivers. I definitely recommend them. We took a trip from bangkok to Kog chang and it was perfect. Then hired another company to take us from Koh Chang to Pattaya and we regret it as the driver was very irresponsible and truly risked our life. So we booked Taxi Koh Chang again to take us from Pattaya to Bangkok and it as great again.

Great Reliable Service - Great Reliable Service We stayed in Bangkok for a few days en route to Koh Chang. We didn’t pre plan our transport before arriving. We found Taxi Koh Chang online one night and sent an enquiry. They replied first thing next morning, wrote in perfect English and offered a great price for a minivan. We were 5 people with luggage and it cost around £25 each door to door including the ferry ticket. Some transport companies drop you at the ferry then you have to get a taxi to your hotel on the other side. We asked for door to door and the driver stayed with us the whole time. It was 5000 baht for the van and about 600 for all of the the ferry tickets. The driver bought the ferry tickets and we gave him the money. We paid him directly when we got to the hotel. The company take no deposit. It was so easy. We used the same company to go back to BKK airport 6 days later. The price was 200 baht cheaper and this driver asked for all of the money at the ferry terminal so we just paid her. Each journey door to door took about 6 hours. Both drivers stopped at services with a 7/11 and western toilets twice on both journeys.

Smooth trip, all perfect - I used this service for a transfer from my hotel in Bangkok to a resort in ko Chang. The service was excellent. The driver was very kind and punctual. He drove safely and was attentive to my needs, making rest stops as required for toilet and snacks. Smooth door to door trip in a very comfy car. Recommended.

Reliable and easy - We travelled with two kids and a lot of baggage from Bangkok to Koh Chang. The journey went without any problems. The driver was friendly and welcoming.
