You want a fun 10 hours of .using, adventure and fun? This is your ticket. - The Chivas transportation was fun, and when the Chivas goes through tunnels, it's party time "music, dance, stroboscope." Pailon del diablo was awesome. Make sure to try the grilled meat and the cevichocho. The zip lining was a rush. The guaya sweets shop made me feel like a little kid. Los manos de Dios was situated high in the mountain, the view was breathtaking, and the authentic dishes across from ot after taking your picture. La casa del arbol and the "swing to the end of the world" is a must try, you feel like you're flying over the city, also the food, the flowers and the scenery are very beautiful. And if you're lucky, you get to see the top of Tunguraha mountain. I enjoyed every moment of it ☺️

The highest waterfall in Baños - The tour to Pailon de Diablo is one of the best tours in Baños because it offers a chance to try out Ziplining but also takes you to a giant waterfall. I can recommend it without reservations.

Cascada Tour - The tour states that their will be an English guide. That was not the case. The waterfall for me was the highlight. We were only allowed at most 45 minutes at that site. Not enough time to view the entire area at all. After visiting two other "amusement park type places" we returned. I did not take part in the afternoon portion (hand of God) because I was losing my hearing from the constant blaring of music with a strong bass undertone. Unless you want to partake in the "thrill" rides, just take the tour of the Cascada and call it a day.

Not what I expected but turned out okay - First of all It said that the tour was in English and none of it was. So we missed out on all that was said during the drive to each location. And the drive is on an open air truck with padded bench seats. Not bad except they blare loud music ( in Spanish) with disco lights the whole time, except when the guide is speaking, in Spanish. This is a big operation with many tour companies bringing people to these tucks and they leave together, about 4 or 5. So there was an attendant that made sure we got off and back on, spoke little English. It was advertised that the tour began at 10:30 and was 7 hours. Here’s how it really ran: started at 10:30, went to the falls (beautiful) and returned at 2:00 (not to your original site) Then we had to walk back to meet them at 4:00 to go on to the other 2 sites. We returned at 7:00. The weather was rainy and had so many clouds we could not see much at Hands of God and Tree House, not anyone’s fault but I wouldn’t book this until last minute and you know what the weather will be like. Oh, and if it’s raining, don’t sit on the end seats of the truck, you’ll get wet.

Worst tour ever. - We arrived at the address provided for the tour, waited 15 minutes and then had to walk a half a mile to another location. The open air bus was very difficult to get on and off, particularly in the rain. We signed up for an english tour, which we and others complained did not occur. The only time english was provided was to up sell us for additional activities during the trip, which was constant and we went to several places not on our tour. There was a lot of walking often up and down slippery, muddy and rocky trails, which did have some ropes and rails to hang on to at times, The buses played very loud music and turned on aggravating strobe lights at night. Trips ran between 1/2 hour to 1 hour late, You were always rushed at the actual sights although the bus did wait for people, no matter how late they were. Some of the actual tour sites were very nice, but overall it was an unpleasant experience. Very misleading.
