All this and a choir concert too - Lorena gave us a quick history lesson about the development of the city of Barcelona from Roman colony to modern city. Gus obviously has a love of the mountains and the traditions of Montserrat and Catalunya. The food at the tapas tasting was more than any of us needed for a full lunch. The vermin tasting was also really fun.

Amazing tapas, Gothic Quarter your and trip to Montserrat - What a great experience with our guide Bel today ! So great to get the history of the area, as well as the country. Bel was an amazing guide for the day. Started with a short tour and history of some sites in the Gothic quarter, then on to an outdoor market, and our first taste of vermouth. Then more touring, great history - then tapas and lunch with some sangria - then more touring and dessert. Bel really gave us an incredible day - and then she brought us for a personal tour of Montserrat. Her knowledge of the area was great (she is from the Montserrat area), and her knowledge of the monestary and the history were perfect for us. Every part of this your exceeded our expectations - and Bel treated us like family - so great !!!!
