Great city tour - Anna was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the history of Barcelona. This is a great tour to take at the beginning of your time in the city so you know what you want to come back to.

Great tour. Great guide - Tour around the Familia Sagrada perimeter and the tour through the old quarter. However we were left wondering why tickets for the subway ride could not have been purchased in advance and added to cost of tour.

Amazing tour/amazing guide - Luic was so AWESOME!!!!! He was so entertaining and informative, and really kept the entire group engaged throughout his entire tour! He was very kind and funny and carried on pleasant conversation with every group individually. My husband and I ended up leaving the tour a little bit early because we discovered that friends had bought a similar tour just two days from now and we wanted to have some thing that was fresh to experience with them… We could tell that Luic was sad that we were leaving early and I think that is a testament to the connections he makes with his group! You can tell he loves what he does and it was such a cool experience to walk around the streets of Barcelona and learn about all of the amazing Gaudì buildings

Excellent choice. Great guide. - Anna’s enthusiasm and knowledge made the 3 hours fly by. Definitely recommended for an overview of the church and different neighborhoods.

Great overview of Barcelona - Anna is a knowledgeable and personable guide. She gave us a great overview of the city that even included a metro ride. Highly recommend as your first introduction to the city

Paid 33 Euro per person for a Viatour city tour which was actually a FREE TOUR for others on tour - I pre-booked a three hour tour for myself and my husband at a cost of 33 EURO per person. When we joined the tour I was very shocked and disappointed to learn that several people in the tour group were doing the FREE CITY TOUR!! --Meaning they were free to pay as little or as much as they wanted as a "tip" to the tour guide upon completion of the tour - while I had pre-paid 33 EURO per person for the same tour! Very poor customer service to charge 33 EURO for a tour that others in the group could simply through in 5 or 10 EURO for and get the EXACT SAME TOUR/EXPERIENCE!!! For this reason I will NEVER sign up for another city tour with Viatour - nor will I ever recommend this to anyone - in fact I have told several people of this experience and told them not to pre book or pay a set fee for city tours with Viatour or they might end up with a group on a FREE tour for which they could have paid far less!!

Disappointed - Tour has misleading description. I was very disappointed that we couldn’t get inside of any attractions. I wasn’t informed that I needed metro tickets for this tour. On the other hand our guide Anesthesia was very friendly and knowledgeable.
