Escape the heat of the city and the busy Barcelona beaches to join a refreshing fun-filled marine biology excursion. Travel along the Costa Brava in the beautiful northern region of Catalonia for an exciting day of Kayaking and Snorkeling in the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea.
Our Kayaking and Cave snorkeling tour is a 6 hour return day trip (approx 1 hour’s drive per direction to/ from kayaking site). The trip includes transport to and from the Costa Brava where you will be fitted out with the kayak and snorkeling equipment, a picnic lunch and water on return to shore, allowing you some free time to chill out on the beautiful white sandy beach before heading back into the heart of Barcelona!

Cool experience! - I had such a nice time. Santi shared really cool tips and helped us all with all questions and doubts. The trip is 1 hour and 15, which is ok, you get an snack and time to explore the area. I recommend it!!

great day on the water - i love the kayak and snorkeling tour in costa brava. it was a perfect day on the water and so nice to see fishes and the place is very nice. they will show you how to paddle and what to do if you capsize and how to get back in your kayak. i would recommend that tour.

Kayaking Coasta Brava - During our incredible journey from Barcelona to Costa Brava, the company stayed on schedule and provided lunch. While enjoying the trip, I accidentally dropped my iPhone into the Mediterranean Sea. Thankfully, our fantastic guide, Santi, came to the rescue and retrieved it. Not only was he kind, but he’s now a hero in my eyes!

Great experience - Unfortunately we had bad weather but the guides made the best of it and we had a great time anyway. Elliot in particular was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It was a beautiful area to explore.

Fun time - The trip was very fun! Our guides were very kind and made everything so seamless. It was perfect weather and not too hot. The kayaking was more relaxing and not too tiring too. Water was pretty blue green and warm but we did encounter some jellyfish during snorkeling portion, so be careful!! Overall, a great experience!!

The staff was very... - The staff was very supportive and caring making sure group members remained together and safe. They were very friendly and respectful with everyone.
The seat in the kayak was terrible making it difficult, almost impossible, for my husband to row and enjoy the experience. When he reached the shore he was sinking in the “sand” (extremely rocky). Maybe there is better sand elsewhere in Costa Brava, less rocky, more silky.

Weather may impact your (lack of) experience - Sadly, we didn’t get to go on this tour. Our first booking was rained out and then rebooked for the next available tour while we were still there. Unfortunately, the rebooked tour was cancelled due to “weather” (guessing it was a rough sea day?) and we did not get told about it until we got to the meeting point and called. Interestingly enough, I would probably still book this again because it was going to be a great experience and we didn’t get to see Costa Brava .

Go if you want jellyfish to ruin your day! - It was an okay experience. First of all, the photos don't look similar to what you actually see. They took us onto jellyfish infested water, with no prior warning whatsoever. My partner got stung bad 3 times. By the end, no one wanted to go into the water to snorkel because there were that manu jelly fish. Seems silly, greedy and outright irresponsible to take people out into these waters. Avoid this garbage.
