Great value for money - An absolute must for getting around. So easy to use the metro and this travel card is such good value. We were in Barcelona from a Friday to a Tuesday, and got a 5 day travel card at 35 euro per person, fabulous value for money. Also can be used on the bus. Great advantage was that it covers the metro from the airport to the centre.

Excellent for getting around Barcelona - We purchased the Hola Barcelona online. A code arrived which we entered at the ticket point located in the metro and we were provided with the requested tickets. Very useful for getting around Barcelona by all means of transport, bus, metro, train.

Handy, versatile... - The family took a 4-day travel card for our entire period in Barcelona, ordered online (with a discount!), and picked it up at the airport metro station. It is a short walk from the airport terminal towards the metro line, you have to follow the Metro icon, you will end up on the other side of the street through a covered tunnel, and there you will come to the train station on the right, but on the left of the train station you will see it red icon M (of Metro), where you can easily enter the code sent to you at the machines to get your tickets (there was a metro staff member who immediately rushed over to help). We have used this travel card a lot, usually on the metro (very fast, and a lot of metros), also on the (packed) bus, and also on the Funicular that took us to Montjuic (Miro, Olympic stadium,...) . I'll definitely do it again next time.

Highly recommended to enjoy the city in freedom! - Highly recommended card, I suggest you take it immediately as soon as you arrive at the airport in order to make the most of it! Optimal

AIRPORT JOURNEY PROBLEM - Delighted with the multiple trips around Barcelona with this Card that we took for 5 days. BUT... it is supposed to include the Aerobus round trip from the airport, and no bus accepted our card on the RETURN. Although the trip went well. We had to take BUS 46 from the Spanish Steps after walking a lot with the suitcases. And saw the aerobuses pass in front of us... 🤨🤔😒

Hola Barcelona - The buses were totally fine, but sometimes the subway gates were unresponsive. I do not know what the cause is. I also wish the map that came with the product had a little more information on famous places.

Ronda, Marbella &Reservatauro. - Two of the items that were supposed to be included were not. The wine tasting and the reservatauro. Would not use them again. We only drove by Marbella.

Very disappointed! - Hunted all over Metro station at Six Pitti Fountain as instructed. Never found a place to get the cards. Very dissatisfying experience. Think you should reimburse us Seth and Bonnie - 2 70 year old Americans

Not worth the night travel. - The pass does not work during the night hours - After 2400 - severely disappointed as I have bought 72hours but do not get 72 hours???! Am I going to get hours carried over as I apparently can’t use the pass on the bus because it’s not the right colour… Ridiculous Metro/bus pass is worth it but if you use it in the evening- don’t bother

misleading advertising - I have bought 48h cards for me and my family (4 cards) and we have discovered once arrived that our cards are not working on the bus we need to reach our accomodation (bus L95-L94), even if we stay in zone 1; so we had to add two more tickets everyday (5 euros) to go in the center spending more than expected, even more than we had spent without this useless card. So be carefull when you buy this card, because in Barcellona there are more bus company than TMB serving the metropolitan area, and if you don't stay close to the center it could be a mess. I’ m not happy at all about that, because the bus restriction is not clearly explained in the documentation they provide. I immediately wrote the helpdesk, and after few minutes they simply replied that, as written in the website, only bus TMB are included: we are tourist, we don’t live in Barcelona, how can we know that there is more than one company serving the metropolitan area? This is should clearly explained in the website!
