Best dinner we got to make - What a wonderful time we had. We were the only ones. It turned out we knew the same friend in Florence. And the most incredible meal we made and got to eat. I would recommend this to everyone!

This place is number JUAN!!!!! - Juan was absolutely amazing. Family of 5 with three kids 8,10,12 and we absolutely loved it. Juan gave the kids age appropriate jobs so they were included every step of the way. Food was absolutely wonderful…best paella we had on the trip.

Wonderful and highly recommended class - This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain. Chef Juan, aka "Juanderful," is fun, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about everyone learning and having a great time. The class really felt like a big family cooking together. I attended with my two daughters, ages 10 and 8, and they had an absolute blast. My very picky 10-year-old, who usually can't even stand the smell of seafood and "hates vegetables," not only helped cut squid but also tried a little of everything. That was a huge and surprising plus! The food we made was absolutely delicious. We prepared toast with shredded tomatoes, strawberry gazpacho, potato tortillas, paella, and crema catalana. Every single dish turned out incredibly flavorful. I cannot recommend this class enough!

Fun activity to do in Spain! - My friends and I went to this Paella cooking class and it was fun. We learned how to make some appetizers, Paella, and dessert. It is a small, little initimate group of people and a very clean kitchen and great chef to learn from. I would recommend this on your trip as a little excursion and something different to do while in Spain.

Great couples activity - This was a great activity to do on our honeymoon. Juan, was great! He takes a daunting task(cooking in one of the best food cultures in the world) and makes it easy. He did a great job of making sure everyone in the group had a great time and made us all feel like family!

Wonderful Experience! - We had a wonderful experience during this cooking class. Juan was an amazing teacher and so funny! He kept my 14 year old engaged and he has a blast helping make the tomato bread and the gazpacho. Everything was delicious and so much fun. The group we were with was so friendly and welcoming and Juan made it an experience to remember. Definitely not to miss if you’re in Barcelona!

Great food and an even better hostess! - Sonia was an incredible host and teacher. We had a great time learning how to prepare and the history of many classic Spanish and Catalan dishes. My teenage boys had a blast helping to cook. (If only we could get them to also wash dishes....) Our only regret is that we didn't book this with the market tour.
