Heading westward, the tour includes two stops. The first stop is at Romney Manor Sugar Plantation, once owned by the great-great-grandfather of Thomas Jefferson, the third president of the United States. Afterward, we return to Basseterre, travel across the F.T. Williams Highway, down the Kim Collins Highway, and arrive at Timothy Hill on the southeast side of the island.
