- Timothy Hill - Timothy Hill Overlook is situated on the southeastern side of Basseterre. It offers a stunning scenic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, along with a glimpse of our sister island, Nevis, the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton.
- Black Rocks - Black Rocks is the site where remnants of a volcanic eruption from centuries ago can be observed. Visitors can explore the area, take photos, and shop with local vendors for crafts and other items.
- Caribelle Batik at Romney Manor - This location is home to the island’s first sugar plantation, dating back to the early 16th century. The plantation was originally owned by Samuel Jefferson, an ancestor of Thomas Jefferson. The area also features beautifully crafted batik products made on-site and lush botanical gardens.
- Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park - Brimstone Hill is a former British military base from the 17th and 18th centuries, perched on an 800-foot-high mountain. The well-preserved structure and artifacts offer breathtaking views of the surrounding islands.
- Basseterre - Our city, Basseterre, was once a French town on the island of Saint Kitts. Although there is no longer any French influence, the city is well laid out with architecture dating back to the early 16th century, along with evidence of our African heritage. Now a British Commonwealth state, visitors can walk around, take photos, and shop in the city.

This tour is designed to enables our guests to view and have a detailed history of the island of St. Kitts. It highlights our rich European and African history in narration with your local guide. We travel the entirety of the island traveling through our historical city of, Basseterre and into the western side of the island. The tour makes 4 stops. Firstly, the Romney manor and Caribelle batik shops, The Brimstonehill fortress, Black rocks then to Timothy hill on the southeast end of the island. During this time you’ll be given relevant information on the areas visited and. We not just give history but also gives information on our culture, our political system and our beliefs and traditions. At the conclusion of this tour you will be taken to your desired location. This tour i am sure you’ll find very interesting as your guide can be humorous at times. We will love to have you touring with us.

Tatem tours - Very informative about life, culture and history of island. I would recommend Tatem for a personal tour for all the ins/ outs of island life!!

A delightful five hours on the island. - We were met on time by the owner and introduced to his driver (wonderful lady driving her SUV with a pink lace pattern on the windshield). We then headed off with her for a delightful drive that stopped anywhere we wanted to get photos & video. Lots of detailed descriptions of the sights and history. Highly recommend this vendor.

Best Guide during our vacation - If you are wondering who to book with, this is your best choice. Your guide will tailor the tour to what you want and try to get you the best island experience. He is very knowledgeable and gave good information. It was great interaction and even warned of where to spend your money. Very happy and if we visited, would get him again.

A safe, informative tour of the island! - Understood and spoke the English language very well. Guide grew up on the island and provided insight into the culture and areas of interest most tourists would want to see. Two of us did a four hour tour. He accommodated all our wishes regarding how we spent our time. Well maintained, clean and air conditioned vehicle. Highly recommended.

Best taxi tour guide - Tatum was very friendly and prompt. He picked us up from airport and we were greeted with a warm smile and a bottle of chilled water. We also did the full island shore tour with Tatem. He was very informative and funny and took us to some beautiful spots on the island. He was happy to stop off and take photos of us at any point. We were able to do what we wanted and when so he was very flexible. Definitely recommend Tatem Taxi and Tours.

Best Tour of St. Kitts! - Mr. Tatem is the man to give you the ultimate island tour. We were well taken care of during our tour. Mr. Tatem allowed us to stop for photos and even took pictures of our group. He was also very patient with our questions. We expressed an interest in learning about plants on the island and Mr. Tatem went out of his way to share his knowledge. We got to see Romney Manor, Caribelle Batik, the Brimstone Hill Fortress and much more! Mr. Totem’s van was the cleanest and most well equipped van of all the tours we utilized during our trip. The driving on the island seems daunting to visitors but we all felt safe during our tour. If you’re looking for a smaller, more personal experience, this is the tour for you!

A Personalized Experience by a Knowledgeable Guide - Mr. Tatem was a fantastic guide! He was very responsive and helpful when I contacted him before our arrival, and he was waiting on time at the appointed spot for us as we had discussed. He picked us up in a spacious and comfortable minivan and gave us a great tour of St. Kitts. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the island (culture, heritage, political, social, etc.) and shared information with us all along our route. He was kind and patient, and we never felt rushed at our stops. If we were to return to St. Kitts, we would definitely use Mr. Tatem again for all of our transportation and sightseeing needs. I highly recommend him!

Great St Kitts full island tour - I booked a full island tour and airport transfers with Tatem. My island tour guide Randy was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took a full circle around the island, saw the most important landmarks and the most beautiful spots. Great tour with a very competitive price. Highly recommend.

Best Taxi Service in the West Indies - We utilized Mr. Tatem for our private airport transfers and full tour of the island. Mr. Tatem was always timely and very patient with our large group. His tour of the island was so insightful and passionate. Mr. Tatem’s vehicle was clean, he provided cold water and his driving was great as well. We always felt safe and his attention to detail was appreciated. He knew we had a child traveling with us so he provided a booster seat. He provided such a personalized service that was the BEST!! All of his recommendations for restaurants and shopping were spot on. I HIGHLY recommend Tatem’s Taxi and Tours if you visit the beautiful island of St. Kitts. You will not be disappointed. We definitely plan to utilize his services again when we return.
