THE DRIVER AWARD FOR THE DAY GOES TO .. - My driver Siva was very patient with me. He arrived 15 minutes early and waited for me. Our trip to the Batu Caves was fun as he explained the historical attributes of the Batu Caves. His knowledge of the city and the excursions was beyond my expectations. As if he knew I was unaware of the dress code expectations at the Batu Caves, he brought me a shawl to cover myself while climbing the 272 stairs to the caves. That was a very kind gesture. Out of curiosity Siva, what made you think of bringing that shawl? 😅😅 Siva made my touring easy by instructing me on what to do when I got inside the excursion, where he was not allowed access. He also let me know where to find him when I was done. So kind a gentleman that I felt like a little girl under her Daddy's care. We had a few hours left and he suggested taking me to a coffee tasting place. Best suggestion ever!! I enjoyed the tasting and even ended up buying some. Now I will enjoy the Malaysian coffee while in Kenya, thanks to Siva. I would recommend Siva to any guest looking for a diplomatic gentleman who knows his way around and much more. Better still, I recommend Siva to his employer for a recognition award for his selfless kindness and character.

Fun day trip from KL with great guide - We had a great day out with our guide Jay. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the places he took us and flexible, making a couple extra stops for things we all enjoyed (especially my three year old daughter) like a chocolate factory. The Batu Caves were spectacular and the Genting Highlands were a fun retreat and fresh breath of mountain air. There were great views from the cable car ride and the theme parks had a lot to offer for adults and kids alike.

Excellent service - Visited genting along with my family, Service was awesome , our driver Nanda is very helpful and supportive. Very punctual and car quality also good.

It was nice experience - Jay driver picked us from genting and he showed kl tower and toke to a restaurant and he is a nice person and he left us in the airport on time

Fascinating trip - Had wonderful experience in visiting Bari Caves and Genting highlands. The driver (Siva) is a fantastic person, very humble & friendly and very informative too. His guidance made our trip very memorable and enjoyable. Thanks a lot Siva brother for your guidance and this memory would stay forever for my family 🙏

Trip to Genting Highlands - Over all the trip was very memorable. Jay was very helpful and took us around safely. Kids enjoyed his company a lot and was organised well and on time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Jay. Only issue was when management had booked wrong tickets for kids and not checking the correct requirements as 110cms And above kids are considered as adults and needs adults tickets. We had to buy 2 extras for kids out of pocket. Hope management have some options to refund the gap at least.

Excellent Personalised Trip - The trip started on time. Our driver Jay was very thoughtful and helpful to plan our trip, the way we wanted. We went to Batu Vaves first and had an excellent visit. Jay took us to the strawberry farm followed by Skyway Gandola trip to Genting Highlands. Overall worth the money spent.
