Reliable transport - Great communication. Drivers were on time and got the job done as advertised . Vans were in good condition and we had no issues . Was cheaper than other transport options

Good service. - Quick pick up at airport. Very heavy rain on drive. Driver was careful and safe. Took us to hotel and helped with bags.

Excellent service - We made three transfers with this company, with 7 people and a vehicle for us. Our driver Jeffrey was very friendly and very punctual at the times we requested, even when we asked him to advance half an hour from the agreed time they also arrived on time. Highly recommended service.

Went well! Would recommend. - Went pretty well. Just be prepared for a chaotic scene outside the airport. Took about 20 minutes to find our driver. There was good help but we needed to keep an eye on the person helping us so we didn’t get forgotten! Driver did not speak English but was very nice. Driving/being a passenger in the DM is not for the faint of heart!

Spend money elsewhere please - We booked a round trip private transport from the punta Cana airport to La Romana. The day we arrived to the airport, we had to wait a very long time for our driver however we were able to get a driver and we arrived at our destination safely. By the way, these transfers (ours at least) did not have water. The day we were leaving our driver (he did not speak any English) included 2 other people which should not have happened! I advised the driver (with a translator) we have a private transport so no one else should be with us and he told us 2 other people are coming and walked away from the van we were in and went to wait for them in the lobby. I requested half of a refund and was rejected. I was then text messaged almost immediately why did I request a refund and when I explained the situation, my messages were left on read and I still do not have half my refund. “Customer service” has not been helpful. The next trip we take to Punta Cana we will not use this service again. Whatever you do, please do not use this company and look elsewhere for transportation.

Just Ok - Well everything was seamless until the day we left. Driver was late and I confirmed the day before. I kept calling the rep and he didn’t answer until I told him I was going to call Viator to get my money back…..all of a sudden my driver was there a half hour late….my flight was at 12 and I didn’t make it to the airport until 10:30…..I’ll never use this service again. You get what you pay for. No water either.

Not worth the money savings - Took an hour to pick us up, blamed it on traffic. I had been speaking to a representative for at least 3-5 days ahead. They had our flight information and cell phone. Then stopped for gas Not great at all I would not recommend

This company should give more importance to tourists and update their vehicles before continuing with their profits. - The service was terrible, the vehicle was real old, all the signal lights at the dashboard was on, the alert of low gas levels low, breaks on, engine on, the suspension was broken or something like that because every time when pas a pothole the car was cracking, the length of our travel will be for around 1-1/4 hr. imagen what was the reaction. The driver arrive 30 minutes late on the return day, and he try to recover the time driving real fast 150 km/hr till I say please drive safely and slow to the speed limit 80 km/hr. I can’t recommend this company at all.
