AMAZING! Worth every penny!!! - Everything about this private tour was amazing! The best tour excursion I have been on! The staff was great, including the transportation and booking staff. They were very accommodating to our son, who has a brain delay. There was only 3 of us on this private boat. We went to the natural pool first...GORGEOUS!!! Then we went to Saoma Island. We had our own table, wait staff and bar. The food was delicious. When you sail past the other boats with 50+ people shoulder to shoulder, you'll agree it's worth it!

Great Day Out! - We had an awesome day out on the boat! Was much better private than packed in the same size boat like refugees otherwise. Lunch was tasty and the natural pool was amazing!

Great experience! Confusion at first but once sorted, no complaints at all. Worth it! - Overall, this trip was great! The tour was extremely organized, water and Coca Cola were included on the boat and island (no alcohol due to a local law), and the food on the island was plentiful and delicious (chicken, pork, rice and beans, potato salad, fruit, and possibly other food that I missed). Our guide Yonathan and captain “El Gallo” were fun and went above and beyond to point things out to us, rescue our hat that fell into the water, and even deep dive to show us a star fish. Yonathan also made sure our allergy was accommodated on the island and made sure we had anything needed. The first “natural pool” stop was a gorgeous shallow area with clear water and island itself has powder white sand and light blue water. The private shuttle was also perfect and arrived on time. The only issue we had was some problems with miscommunication regarding what tour we had purchased. The guide “papacito” initially thought we had a private shuttle but would be on the group tour and party catamaran but when we showed him the booking he quickly sorted it out and we got exactly the tour we expected. Thanks to all who made our beautiful day possible!

Gorgeous Boat Day - Everything was FANTASTIC, the only negative was that I was told we would be having lobster and we didn’t.

Not what was advertised but still an incredible experience. - The experience overall was amazing. The boat crew was very friendly and accommodating. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because we were told we would take a catamaran one way and return on a speed boat. Upon arrival, they told us that they only had speed boats. Then we looked at the excursion online after our trip and the catamaran part was not listed. Again it was an amazing excursion either way.

Worst Boat Experience - So to begin with the boat was old and dinged up which okay this won't ruin experience, got on the boat and the "drinks" were 1 bottle of rum and one bottle of sprite and no food or water. Took off to the first stop where the guide just took pictures of us following us (we didn't request or want a photographer), then they had no snorkeling gear only two old masks, we asked to just make a pit stop on the way to the island and that was a fight with the captain to just stop real quick for the guys to snorkel. Finally he did. There was no music, either they didn't want us to put any or it was broken as they said. Saona was beautiful but very very touristy trap. The guide kept coming up to us and eating some of the food we brought with us and then took my husbands snorkel gear and used it on his own, we were shocked so we didn't say anything. Captain was actually nice once you got him talking. On the way back they made it seem like we would be making a stop to go to the bathroom, it was another tourist trap as well as a way to give the tour guide a ride home (which isn't a big deal but let us know not make us feel tricked), driver was very nice though and on time. I'm an avid traveler that has rented boats from various different countries and this one was by far the worst. I also don't feel comfortable the "tour guide" aka photographer took a gazillion pictures and once we said no now he has those? It was just a weird experience.
