The best prosciutto ever! - A great tour to see the big 3 being made - Parmesan, prosciutto and balsamic. The best prosciutto we’ve ever eaten - melt in the mouth. A good length of tour and would recommend doing this tour.

Awesome tour with Stella - We had a fabulous tour with Stella! A highlight of our trip! We contacted her ahead and she was so helpful to customize our transportation for our group of 13. We will definitely recommend this tour to anyone else traveling near Bologna who is food-lover! My one critique is that the Viator listing says that it includes brunch. We had snacks at each producer but there’s not a true meal. When I looked back at the detailed schedule it’s not included but might be good to update that.

Great day enjoying a behind the scenes tour creating three famous products from the region - Stella was great! She is knowledgeable and very personable. We rode in comfort and were able to tour the facilities to see the entire process. The tastings were awesome!

Perfection! - We feel truly blessed that we booked this your. It was nothing short of amazing. The company was excellent with communicating in the days leading up to the tour. Our driver and guide were on time to pick us up and were great. Marco, our guide, was very friendly, knowledgeable and fun! The tour itself more than exceeded our expectations. We loved every second of it. The small and family-owned producers were so open in sharing their craft and passion with us. Oh and the quality of the parmigiano, prosciutto and balsamico was spectacular. Doing this private tour made it special. And of course, there are no crowds. I highly recommend that you make this the food tour you choose in the area.

Hands down best food tour in the area!! - This tour was absolutely amazing. Everyone visiting the Bologna/Modena area should do this tour. Our guide, Marco, was excellent! This experience of a private your and visiting smaller producers of Parmigiano, Prosciutto and Balsamic Vinegar was the best! The quality of the products, the passion of the people, the fact that they were willing to spend time and share with us—. It was super special. We loved every second of this tour.
