Very efficient transfer company - Very good communication with Sophia, when planning the reservations and changes.
Related to the coronavirus, I asked for a refund of airport transfers and excursion to the great wall. Obtained quickly and without penalty. I will book again with Mr Orange as soon as the situation returns to normal in China.

Fantastic Service - Although it was more than 2 hours after our flight landed that we finally exited,Samuel from Mr Orange was waiting for us when we arrived in Beijing. He had a great translating app on his phone so communication was easy. He drove expertly for the 2 hours it took to get through the morning rush hour traffic to our hotel. We would definitely use Mr Orange services again.

Beijing Airport to Downtown Transfer - I booked a round trip from Beijing airport to my downtown hotel. Easy booking process, i received confirmation emails for each of my bookings. Our driver, Mr. Li was very courteous and professional and most importantly very punctual. I would definitely booking again, highly recommended.

Great airport pickup - This is the second time we have used Mr Orange.

Mr. orange airport transfer service - The Mr Orange Airport Transfer Service was excellent. The driver was courteous and professional, and pick me up exactly as planned after my plane has been delayed six hours. I was very grateful for the excellent service provided by Mr Orange and the local driver in Beijing. Thank you!

So straightforward - The driver had a card with my name when I exited customs. He didn't speak English; I didn't speak Chinese. Two smiles and an hour later I was at my hotel in the center of Beijing. Two more smiles and he left. Fabulous easy service. If you are traveling alone, have a lot of bags or don't know the train system I would highly recommend this service. Thank you

Great service! - Our driver Mr. Li met us right outside arrivals, was so easy to spot him with the orange side with my name on it. He was very professional, helped us with our bags and exchanging money, and drove well! Would use this service again!

Why did I not do this before? - So convenient and such great service. If you’ve got more than a rollaboard or if you’re traveling w/ others this is the way to go. Unless of course you’re traveling at rush hour.

Perfect pick-up and drop-off - I highly recommend this car service. Having a Mr. Orange sign among a sea of other signs was so easy to spot and connect to the driver. The whole experience was flawless.
