• Nanluoguxiang - Meet your friendly private guide at 10:00am or 2:00pm in your hotel lobby. Then, you’ll be taken to the Hutong area. Stroll through the bustling Nanluoguxiang and explore fascinating Beijing Narrow Hutongs like Yu’er Hutong, Mao’er Hutong, and Baochao Hutong. You’ll find numerous boutique stores and snacks along the way. Your guide will introduce you to milk tea with pearls, red bean desserts, local delicacies like mantou steamed buns, or even BBQ lamb (at your own expense). Then, enjoy authentic Beijing-style dim sum or potstickers.
• Yu’er Hutong - An authentic Beijing Hutong for local residents by the Jade River. The east end features beautiful canals, bridges, and trendy courtyards. It is also part of the ancient grand canal connecting Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou. It’s nicknamed the “Venice of Beijing.”
• Mao’er Hutong - The Last Emperor’s empress lived here for a while after the Royal family was driven out of the Forbidden City. This charming Hutong boasts beautiful courtyards and locust trees.
• Bell and Drum Towers - Continue your tour to the Bell and Drum Towers to watch the drum performance. If the Drum Tower is closed, your tour guide will refund the entrance fee. Stroll along Yandai Xie Street, Back Lakes (Houhai), Shichahai Scenic Resort, Hou Lake, Yinding Bridge (money bridge), and Jinding Bridge. Admire the newly renovated courtyards along the Jade River.
• Wuyutai Tea Shop (Wangfujing) - If you’re a tea drinker, treat yourself to the best Jasmine Tea, Chrysanthemum Tea, Green Tea, or Oolong tea at Beijing’s popular Wuyutai Tea Shop.
• Yandai Xie Street - Beijing’s oldest commercial street, lined with traditional-style stone buildings housing charming souvenir and handicraft shops.
• Back Lakes (Hou Hai) - This area of Beijing features some of the most extensive old hutong neighborhoods and the three lakes of Xihai, Houhai, and Qianhai. It’s the trendiest area for nightlife.
• Yinding Bridge - Also known as the money bridge, it was designed to resemble an ancient Chinese ingot. It’s the busiest bridge in the Hutong area, with a lively atmosphere day and night. The transition from day to night is fascinating.
• Shichahai Scenic Resort - Enjoy fabulous lake views with lively hutongs, restaurants, bars, and cafes.
• Jinding Bridge - Jinding Bridge means Golden Ingot Bridge in Mandarin. It’s a great spot to enjoy the Back Lakes (Houhai).

At the end of the tour, your guide will transfer you back to your hotel.
