Lotus Yacht Birthday Celebration: Memorable Experience with Room for Improvement - I recently celebrated my 2-year-old son's birthday on the Lotus Yacht, and overall, it was a good experience. The transfer service to the yacht was okay, although the cleanliness of the car left something to be desired. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that we were being recorded on camera as soon as we stepped out of the car. This was not communicated to us beforehand, and it would have been appreciated if we had been informed about this aspect of the service. The yacht itself provided a good experience. The service on board was satisfactory, and the setting made for a memorable celebration. However, the laser show that we booked did not meet our expectations. The birthday message was not clearly displayed, which was disappointing. Additionally, the drone camera was unable to capture the evening view with the laser and volcano birthday wishes, which detracted from the overall experience. In summary, while the Lotus Yacht offered a unique setting for our celebration and the overall experience was good, there were areas such as the transfer service, communication about recording, and the quality of the laser show that could be improved.
