Belize City to Flores by Bus - The trip started on time. The bus was clean. The driver drove carefully and was efficient. We had two stops for bathroom and snacks. We changed buses at the border and it went swiftly The air conditioner worked well. Overall it went well.

Great for the price - Very good considering the price. Left an hour late but a nice ride to the border and the bus in Guatemala was ready to go once we crossed the boarder. Not much signage for the border crossing but you can easily follow the crowd to get through. Make sure you have US or Belize dollars ready for the Belize exit fee (they don’t take card or accept Guatemalan cash).

Shuttle was a bit late to... - Shuttle was a bit late to depart but worked out perfectly as the ferry from Caye Caulker was very late. Easy to find the group and got through the border crossing super quickly. Would take this shuttle again.

Excellent service - Very good service all round. The office were extremely helpful with emails and helping to book. The driver was excellent and dropped us off at our hotel. Very trustworthy company- we will be booking with them again.

Decent - The meetup felt a tad confusing since passengers had tickets from different companies, but this wasn't an issue. The bus departed *almost* on time. Be sure to use the bathroom before you go because there is no chance to do so once the bus departs. Small, packed bus...but overall an OK/safe trip!

Reliable shuttle - Shuttle service was easy to use and got us from San Ignacio to the border, then you walk across and they are waiting for you on the other side to take you to Flores. There is a long stop at a gas station when you are only 10 minutes away from Flores which is kind of annoying, would have preferred it to be around the halfway mark. Bus is comfortable enough but quite cramped if you get stuck sitting over the wheels

Need to find the bus check in by asking. - No obvious mark at the water texi terminal. You need to ask the travel agencies to find which is your bus. The bus is normal level. Tanspotation is smoothly.

Basic, but effective transfer - The bus was small and crowded. Flip-down seats in the aisle. They nicely waited for people who were having connection problems due to late water taxis from the islands or having trouble crossing the border. Bathroom opportunity only at border.

No legroom - Left a hour late. Zero leg room on the Belize City to Guatemala boarder part. Shuttle on Guatemala side was ok.

It was truly a nightmare.  - Poorly organized, the exchange of vans at the border between Belize and Guatemala was chaotic. There was endless waiting and delay once you got on the van. The van was cramped and uncomfortable. The luggages were put on the roof of the van with no cover and it rained. It was truly a nightmare.
