Great visit! - Came with my husband and my 10 year old daughter, we really liked this park! I still went there with apprehension given the previous reviews but for us, it largely suited us! We entered at 10:45 a.m. and left at over 3 p.m. There were few people which made the visit even more pleasant! We were able to attend the bird and raptor show which was very good. We were lucky enough to see all the animals present except the foxes who hid too well! The park is pretty, with new games for children. The open snack bar was very basic but at €30 for 3 drinks included, you don't have to be too picky and it's still OK! We were lucky enough to be able to handle a python and see an active king cobra! Frankly, we have no regrets about having paid the price of our entries (105€) + parking (5€)! It is certain that compared to huge parks, this one may seem insignificant but you have to compare what is comparable! Very good day for us!

Good but needs more signs - Really enjoyed it, the animals were amazing especially the white tigers. I got a close up of the other tigers as well. The only downside was the maps weren't clear for English speaking people and you had to go all the way around the facility to get out which was alonggggg walk. Not good for ppl with mobility problems which wasn't mentioned I had to stop and start loads of times to rest. Although loads of slopes not just stairs so this helped alot. Ppl with prams were struggling walking uphill as well. Not much staff around to ask any questions about directions although thete were alot of maps they weren't clear. Maybe arrows on the floor could be a different colour to show the quickest way out which would have helped alot.

Beautiful zoo - Beautiful place with loads of animals however it is no smoking on the actual park so if your a smokert take notes where the exit is. It is quite a long walk round so notfpr the faint hearted. Loved seeing the big cats and rhinos and the birds show was great, even though was out of season it did get pretty busy

A spectacular Halloween at Terra Natura - We spent Halloween week at this spectacular resort, the horror pit was spectacular, the entertainers did great. I also want to mention the Michael Jackson show, I loved his dancers and the song in which they brought the audience down. And thriller, it was the best...

Bad - Everything is abandoned, nothing is maintained. No activity nothing. for 42€ it's still very very expensive. There is nothing.... I don't recommend it at all..... If you go there as a family, for 150€ for 4 a little expensive for what is presented...

Mediocre and expensive - Extremely expensive for a 2 hour visit walking very slowly... Not much to see... Once you have done Pairi Daiza in Belgium or Beauval and La Palmyre in France it is hard to find better...

Disappointing - Visited this zoo on our family holiday last week (4th April 2024) and we were really disappointed. The animals looked sad and enclosures too small. There was lots of greenery around the zoo, but none inside the animals enclosures. The park was great, and the children loved that. Disappointing.

Only for children - Great for children not alot for older people seems dated. Palmitoes in tenerife by far so much better. Better animals and more to do there

Constructive Criticism - Enclosures are far to small there isn't much to do for the animals. For the price they charge they should invest into the enclosures. Not angry just constructive criticism. Other than that great to see animals that you cant see everyday. There was a show also that was entertaining for kids. Please employ more people and have more people explaining things about the animals and helping visitors understand how they are being treated and their personalities etc maybe offer an international scheme for that job role
